Offering 4 spacious bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, couples, singles and/or families will appreciate the balance of social spaces and privacy. The 4 kings beds can split for the comfort of 8 individuals to have 8 long single beds, perfect for tennis, golf, girls groups.



The open plan kitchen, living and dining showcase water views and leads out onto the alfresco dining. No need to worry about climbing the stairs, take the lift!

Getting Around:

Walk or catch the courtesy buses to the clubs.



Other Things to Note:

Children must be over the age of 13 (lake is unfenced).

Guests making the booking must be over the age of 28.

This property is in residential zoning, noise restrictions apply. No functions or more than 8 people at the property without permission from the owner.

A refundable security deposit of 1000 is required to be paid 14 days prior to the booking to Waterfront Holiday Houses
