The Space:

This bright and welcoming property offers a spacious retreat just under twenty minutes from the heart of Fredericksburg.

As you step inside, you'll find the living room with a comfortable couch and chairs that provide ample seating for relaxation and conversation. This room serves as the heart of the home, a gathering point for everyone.



Flowing seamlessly from the living room is the dining area. A generous table comfortably seats ten, making it a wonderful spot for group meals and celebrations. The open floor plan ensures that even when you're not at the table, you're still part of the action.



The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream. Featuring a large kitchen island, there's no shortage of counter space. Additional seating for four at the island ensures that meal preparation becomes a communal activity.



The master bedroom is an oasis in itself, featuring a king-sized bed and a bonus set of twin over twin bunk beds. The en-suite bathroom is a true luxury, offering a large soaking tub, a separate shower, and a double vanity. This master suite provides a spacious and private retreat.



Bedrooms two and three are equally inviting, offering king-sized beds for restful nights.

The second full bathroom features a tub-shower combo and double vanity sinks, providing convenience for the occupants of these bedrooms.

Bedrooms four and five provide additional accommodations with queen-sized beds, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and private space to retreat to.

Bedroom six, featuring two queen-sized beds, offers extra space for larger groups.

The third full bathroom features two spacious tiled showers, accommodating multiple guests at once.



For indoor entertainment, head to the Lounge, a dedicated space with a large flat-screen TV and a ping pong table. Two sets of twin over twin trundle beds provide extra sleeping space if needed.



The screened-in porch, complete with table seating for six, leads to the outdoor pool area. The spacious outdoor area offers a range of amenities. Cozy seating around a firepit creates the perfect spot for evenings spent under the stars. Sun loungers invite you to soak up the Texas sun.

For a truly rejuvenating experience, enjoy a morning soak in the Japanese cedar-style hot tub and take in the views of Rex the windmill.



This property is designed for enjoyment, offering ample space for both indoor and outdoor activities. Whether you're gathered in the living room, preparing a meal in the gourmet kitchen, or indulging in games by the pool, this retreat offers something for everyone. ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

For a more flexible and relaxed wine-tasting experience, the 290 Wine Shuttle provides a convenient way to hop between wineries, departing from downtown Fredericksburg and making stops at select wineries every 10 minutes on Fridays and Saturdays.

Main Street serves as the heart of the action in Fredericksburg. With over 150 shops, boutiques, and art galleries, visitors can peruse a wide array of unique offerings. The street is also home to numerous restaurants, wine tasting rooms, a brewpub, and two museums, offering a diverse range of dining and cultural experiences. 4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

We will provide a two-day supply of start-up sundries, including dish soap, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. Guests will need to purchase additional items from a local store or bring them with them. Missing supplies must be reported to our Customer Hospitality team within one hour of arrival.

8. Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly units, subject to an extra fee in addition to the nightly rate. Please verify whether pets are permitted in the unit you intend to rent. In the event that a pet is discovered in a non-pet-friendly unit, the guest grants Stay Texas authorization to levy a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place on a regular basis, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

- For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
