A stock of board games and books beckons for family fun, and a Bluetooth speaker injects some energy into the quiet beach evenings. With ducted air conditioning throughout and extra portable fan for the rumpus room, your total comfort is guaranteed no matter what the weather.

- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- Bedroom 2 consists of 1 x Tri Bunk Bed (1 Double bed below and 1 single on top) and 1 x Trundle Bed.
- Bedroom 4 is in the rumpus room with sofa bed and closeable doors for privacy. This room has a portable fan.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- To provide added security during your stay there are active Cctv at this property at front entrance, garage, and directed at side and back fence. These will be on during your stay.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced in the rear garden area.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning throughout.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests who will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.

Brand new well equipped townhouse a short walk to beach.

Well presented and decorated unit with fully equipped kitchen. Pizza tray was the only omission so we dontated one. Air conditioning was excellent and the house is very well built. Complete with all appliances and washing machines. large spacious bathrooms and 2 large smart tvs with netflix for entartainment on rainy days. No view of note but a pleasant street and courtyard for pet accomodation, even dog beds and bowls provided. Our dog was super happy and had a ball!

Hidden Burra Gem

We were worried when we drove down the end of East Cres to find this hidden Culburra holiday home at what felt like then end of a cul de sac. It's conveniently the first home on the block with easy driveway and front door/ garden access a gem for any family or group. It had a generous stocked pantry, dog bowls/bed at the ready and the kitchen had everything you needed. This felt like a home ready for families and plenty of space. Toys, books and a separate playroom off the lounge area with another TV. We fired up the BBQ and enjoyed the open plan layout with electric recliner lounge room suite (nice after a day walking at the Berry Show). The WIFI is a little patchy and slow with a few people accessing it but that will be the local network. Great to have subscription TV so you won't miss your fav shows. A great holiday home with all the comfort and space you need.

If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.

What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
