The Space:
Spread over three floors with modern open living and kitchen on the top floor.
Two bedrooms are equipped with their own ensuites, and balconies overlooking the bush setting.
The lower floor has another two bedrooms with a modern shared bedroom and a large, shared deck leading to the edge of the bush.
Each bedroom is equipped with its own heat pump to ensure you stays warm on the coldest Queenstown night.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the house directly from driveway. The lockbox is situated next to the main door. This home also has a double internal access garage.

The Neighborhood:
Set in a quiet neighbourhood amongst other quality townhouses high on the hill above Queenstown.

Getting Around:
Very centrally located, only 6 minutes' drive to downtown Queenstown, 9 minutes' drive from the Airport.
28 minutes to the Coronet Peak Ski Area and 35 minutes to the Remarkables Ski Area.

Please note that our cleaning fees include a full set of fresh linen including sheets, pillow cases and towels. Additional cleaning and linen can be ordered for longer stays
