During your stay, registered guests will have the unit to yourself. You will have access to use facilities of the condominium such as pool, gym, playground and daycare.

All guests must be registered. Once booking is confirmed, all adult guests must each provide valid identification which we will then forward to the building adminstrators for registration.

Smoking inside the unit is strictly not allowed. No parties or events.

Strictly no late checkout.

Wifi username and password will be provided to you upon checking in.

Keyless and self check-in. You’ll be provided a code and instructions to access the door.

There are no free parking in the building but there is overnight parking available at Uptown Parade.
