You will receive the access details a few days before your arrival, once you complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety and peace of mind for all. A $750 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted.

The garage is reserved for owner use but we have plenty of room for parking in the driveway - just ask!

House Overview:
Welcome to this spacious modern single Storey home located directly on the stunning canal waterways of Mandurah.

Kitchen and Living Area:
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals for your family or indulge in a gourmet experience for two. Take a moment to relax with a freshly brewed coffee from the coffee machine. The living area features a large 75in smart TV and free Wi-Fi throughout the home. The dining table comfortably seats 10 guests, offering canal views and stunning sunset, maybe even a pod of dolphins swimming by as you dine.

Bedrooms:
The home offers four spacious bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite, walk-in robes, and a smart TV.
Bedroom Two: Queen bed, built-in robe, and desk.
Bedroom Three: Queen bed, built-in robe and canal views.
Bedroom Four: Four single beds and built-in robes. ***All single beds are part of a bunk bed configuration.

Family Bathroom:
Shower, bathtub and separate powder room and toilet.

Living Area Two:
This additional living area with a lounge and 65in smart TV is perfect for the kids to hang out or for some private relaxation and time away from the family.

Laundry:
A large washing machine and dryer are available for your convenience, also contains third toilet.
If you're looking for a delicious meal, the local restaurants are perfect for a relaxing breakfast, leisurely lunch, or a night out at one of the many bars, breweries, taverns and eateries in the area. Better still, stay home to have an intimate meal and enjoy a glass of wine while watching dolphins from the backyard.

Mandurah is great for swimming, snorkeling, fishing or catching some of Mandurahs famous Blue Manna crabs, you can even surf at the nearby beaches. On the Mandurah foreshore, there is a skate park and a water park with a pontoon to swim out to with slides running down into the water - a lot of fun for the kids!

For the golfers the region of Mandurah is considered the golf coast of Western Australia with a number of W. A's top 20 ranked courses in close proximity.

Looking out onto the canals was a unique pleasure with the bridges, passing boats and black swans. Facilities in this beautiful home suited all our needs with plenty of areas, in side and out to relax and enjoy our stay.

Pros1.Beautiful place directly on the canals. Not near the wetlands. So view of houses across this place. 2. Very peaceful & quiet.3. Clean house & well kept house & garden.4. Kitchen well stocked with cutlery etc.5. Driving distance from centre. 6. Great launching area very close by.Cons1. Garage was locked. Had to leave our jet ski outside.2. Jetty had no tie- ons (mooring clear) for the jet ski or if you have a boat.3. Couch sinks really low and uncomfortable. Seems like its broken inside. 4. Check in only 2pm & checkout 10am so you lose 1 day you pay for. Like a hotel.5. Plugs in lounge hard to access - behind unit & nothing near couch area.6. No kayak like other rentals. So had to lug our own.

Couch comfort: Thank you for your feedback about the couch at the property; we will take a look at it to ensure it is comfortable and in good condition. Check-in and check-out times: Our standard times are set to allow thorough cleaning between stays. As your booking fell during the Easter period and school holidays, check-in instructions were adjusted to 3:00 PM, with arrivals from 4:00 PM to accommodate the higher turnover during this busy time. Power outlet access: We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will review ways to improve accessibility in the lounge area. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. Middle Aged Dads weekend away

We booked this property for 4 Dads needing to have a weekend away and leave the kids and wives at home This was the ideal location and accommodation. The jetty provided a great spot to drop some crab nets and cast a line, whilst the open plan feel of the house gave us the perfect venue to discuss the matters that matter (what we would do as WCE coach, what would be most beneficial? - a third leg or a third arm, and do lactose intolerant people look angry when asked to say cheese? Just to name a few)We were within 15-20 mins from some of the best golf courses in the area and beaches for night fishing.Communication from the host was frequent without being bombarding.
