The properties central location is perfect for seeing everything in Mandurah including: Beaches , Mandurah foreshore, restaurants , cafes, king carnival and much more. The property features its own private jetty where you can go crabbing, fishing or even dock your own boat (up to 7.5m). Your coastal getaway awaits.
Piccolo Waters offers clean coastal living equipped with all home amenities. The open plan living is perfect for families or romantic weekend getaway.

Piccolo Waters is a two story home featuring : 4 bedroom , 2 bathrooms, that sleeps up to 10 guests.

- Second bedroom including two long single beds that can be converted to a super king upon request.

Bedroom 3 - Queen bed with floor to ceiling wardrobes.

Bedroom 4 - 2 bunk beds that sleep up to 4 people with floor to ceiling wardrobes.

We do not offer life jackets or helmets as all our amenities are at your own risk. However life jackets or helmets can be hired from Mandurah Boat and Bike Hire on the Mandurah foreshore.

** Babies
We provide a highchair , portacot with sheets, change table and baby bath on request.

** BBQ
Our BBQ is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Please ensure to leave the bbq clean on departure otherwise our cleaners will charge a extra fee taken from the bond.

** Beach Towels
Beach towels are provided on your stay located in the linen cupboard. If you require more than 5 we ask that you bring some of your own. However you will have access to the washer and dryer for your entire stay.

** Boats and Trailer Parking
Mandurah Council do not allow trailer parking on the streets. Alternatively you can contact Alan for advanced bookings at Storage Town that offer cheap, safe and secure parking.

** Car Parking
Parking is available in the single carport garage. More parking is available on the street. However it is not exclusive to Piccolo Waters and operates at a first in best dressed basis. Parking is not allowed on the grass.
As we share a driveway with our neighbours we ask that the driveway is not blocked at anytime.

** Check in and Out
Check in is 2pm
Check out is 10am
As our cleaners will be entering the property between these hours. Cleaning is not offered during your stay at the property.

** Damage and Theft
You will be charged for any damage or theft caused to the property during your stay. Theft will be reported to the police and you will be charged a replacement fee and you may be prosecuted.

we know accidents occur so please let us know if anything happens.

** Ironing Board
An iron and ironing board are provided during your stay.

** Jetty
Piccolo Waters has a private jetty that docks boats up to 7.5m.

** Keys
You will be provided with two sets of keys during your stay. We asked they are placed back in the lock box when you check out. If you loose a set of keys a replacement fee of $25 will be charged.

** Pets
Pets are not permitted at the property. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if dogs are found to be present during your stay. Guide Dogs are excluded but we do require notice.

** NO PARTIES
We have a no party or leavers policy. As we are a property on the canals all noise is amplified. We ask that after 10 pm all noise is kept to a minimum. We ask that you respect the local residents. There is a no party , leavers or excessive noise. If this occurs you may be evicted from the property with no reimbursements.

** Smoking
Smoking , vaping or e-cigarettes is not permitted in any indoor areas of the house. A cleaning fee with a minimum charge of $175 will be charged if you have been found to smoke within the property. Ashtrays are provided outside for your convenience.

** MANDURAH
Mandurah is located less than an hour from Perth. It is Western Australia's largest regional city. With plenty of things to do including:

- Visiting the amazing restaurants
- Sunday markets on the foreshore
- King Carnivals mini golf
- Visiting the beautiful beaches
- Visiting the Mandurah Giants on a walk
- Going fishing and crabbing from the private jetty or exploring the large estuary on your own boat.
