South coast retreat pet friendly fully equipped including linen towels and blankets 3 bedroom plus sleep out house features a large kitchen with open area living and large dining table comfortably seats 10 comfortable lounge large smart tv.
The house is set on a totally flat block with plenty of parking for the car and boat secure backyard for the kids and dog. The house consists of 3 internal bedrooms 1 king bed 2 single beds and 2 sets of bunks the outdoor studio has a queen bed and futon 2 steps from the main entrance of house.
The living area opens out onto a large under cover deck with plenty of seating large tv outdoor speaker and ceiling fans out door kitchen has a BBQ fridge gas smoker and gas pizza oven large stainless steel food prep bench great for the fish also.
Located easy flat 350 meter walk to the water and cullendulla creek nature reserve with great views out to snapper island and tollgate islands 2 street flat stroll to local IGA bottle shop and takeaway.

The Host was awesome! The property was great, right near the town and beach. We did run into a bit of trouble checking in, and we didn’t get the check-in details until 2 am the next morning. Luckily, we had a direct line with the host, who gave us all the info we needed to check in (not their fault at all).The host was super helpful once we got in touch and even offered us a late check-out because of all the issues with the check-in. I’ll definitely be back to rent again!

The place is really spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of cooking pots, cutleries, a long dining table and enough comfortable chairs for our family of nine people. Shopping centre and restaurants are about 5 mins drive from the place!

Sunny Surfside stay

We had a really nice stay at Louise’s property. The space has been really well modernised, heaps of space, super clean and a 3 minute walk to Surfside beach. Overall, a really great stay and highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Batemans Bay. The house is very large, clean and spacious, making it perfect for big families or even two families staying together. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the space comfortably.The location is excellent and close to everything you need around Batemans Bay. The house had all the comforts of home and was very well equipped, which made our stay easy and enjoyable.Overall, it’s an ideal place for a large family getaway. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and family-friendly place to stay.

Great location, very clean the house had everything you need. The host was very helpful with communication and it was a wonderful surprise to have Easter gift on our front porch . We will definitely stay again, highly recommend staying there.

Would visit again

Overall amazing place to stay! The layout and space for the family is very generous. We enjoyed that everything accommodated a big group. The back patio was our favorite space to hang out in. The location is near so many great beaches and the kids loved getting up close to the wild kangaroos. Would recommend and hope to visit again soon.
