Thank you for your excellent review & feedback, Sarah!

Thank you for your review, Kayla. It's a pleasure to read that you enjoyed the property and pool, but we are sorry to read that you encountered an issue with the cleanliness and the oven. We will inspect the oven to determine whether it is working correctly. Concerning cleanliness, we aim to provide clean accommodations so you can rest comfortably during your visit. Although we strive to avoid such problems, in the future, we would be happy to return to address these issues or drop off the replacement bedding to prevent disturbing your stay. Nonetheless, we sincerely apologize and hope we'll have the chance to improve your experience with us and earn that extra star!

It's so great to read that we earned an excellent rating from you and we thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback!

Thank you for recommending our accommodations, we sincerely appreciate your feedback.

Thank you for your review and excellent rating!

Thank you for your review, Diana. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention during your stay, and we sincerely apologize that the doorknob couldn't be replaced until after your departure. We hope that we'll have the chance to improve your experience during your next visit to the FL Keys and thanks again for your review. Safe travels!

We're sorry for any problems you experienced during your stay. A third-party pest control company regularly maintains our homes. Unfortunately, we could not have them inspect the property before your departure. We want to assure you that we take cleanliness seriously, and in such case that any task may have been missed, we will return to address the issue.

Thank you for an excellent rating, Michelle!

Thanks for the great review Amy! We are very please that you and your family had a fabulous time with us in the Florida Keys. We sincerely appreciate your concerns with the water pressure and all appears normal as we do have efficiency fixtures in place as part of an Eco Awareness initiative. We can't wait to have you back with us again soon! - KeysCaribbean Management

Hi Karyn. We are very disappointed to learn that you had a negative experience with this property. As this unit is located at the Sanded Oasis Pool, it is possible for dust to settle very quickly. However, we also noticed that you did not call our guest services team upon your arrival or at any time during your stay to notify us of this issue, otherwise we would have rectified this issue for you immediately. This is a goregous property in a lovely tropical setting with all of the amenities of home and we are saddened that you feel the property is only valued as a 2 star rating. Hopefully you will give us another opportunity to show you that your experience is certainly not a normal experience.

Thank You for the review Charles. We did have an electrician there to replace one of the GFI's during your stay, but you were not there when he went. However, after further tests there was in fact another issue in the same wiring series which he had to collect proper color parts for that were not available locally. We are glad to advise Each GFI in the series has now been replaced and is working properly. Also, we did confirm that our team spoke with your regarding a credit which was given to you. A credit does take a little extra time to process through the accounting department. All in all it seems you enjoyed your stay and we apologize for the hick-up and rest assured the issue has been fully resolved.
