Welcome to The Getaway, a charming beachside home located in the community of Cervantes, Western Australia. This family-friendly retreat offers a comfortable and spacious environment for up to 11 guests, with four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. With all bed linen, beach towel and bath towel provided upon your stay. After a day at the beach come back and have a relaxing shower outside with both hot and cold water available.

Situated within walking distance of the beach, The Getaway provides easy access to the beautiful coastline. The property is equipped with various amenities to enhance your stay, including a BBQ area, canoes for water activities, a table tennis table, and a selection of board games. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi, and relax in the large lounge area, tastefully decorated for a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

Conveniently located in the heart of Cervantes, The Getaway is within walking distance of the beach, making it an ideal choice for families seeking family-friendly accommodation. With a short coastal walk to the middle of town to the playground suitable for all children. The property also offers ample parking space for boats and cars, and the grounds are secure and well-maintained, providing a safe environment for children to play.

** please note we do have a dart board out the back for guest use. But due to the darts being stolen or mistreated I’m not supplying them anymore.

Great beach house!

We had two families stay - four adults, two kids and two small dogs. The house was really spacious and very clean. Our favourite spot was the lounge on the front verandah. We would highly recommend this property.

The property is amazing. Everything about it is outstanding. Plenty of space inside and out and very comfortable for 3 families. The facilities were great and just a short walk to the beach and main town. Would highly recommend this property.

What a great property! I’d happily recommend it to anyone, especially big family groups. The kitchen is massive — plenty of room for everyone to be doing their own thing — and the dishwasher was a real bonus. With three fridges inside and another outside, we had loads of space for food and drinks.The appliances were easy to use, and the pantry was wonderfully stocked. Bedrooms were comfy with fresh linen, and there were more than enough towels. We never ran out of hot water, even with a full house. The lounge room is huge with seating everyone or more, and there were lots of games to keep everyone entertained. The outdoor area, with table tennis and other activities, was a big hit too.There’s so much to love about this place and the town itself. We’ll definitely be back.

Perfect getaway

The owners were so quick to respond to queries before we got there. The house was immaculately clean, furniture was beautiful, the home was spacious. Was the perfect getaway with the family. Would definitely book again.
