Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Remove all chairs from the balcony
Turn off heaters in bedrooms. Turn off spit system in living rooms n leave remote on the coffee table.
Clean fireplace if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Children must be supervised on balcony n stairs No food or drinks in bedrooms
Excess rubbish to be taken by guests Bins go out on Sundays
Leave both the bathroom window slightly open for air circulation Leave laundry door open when using the washing machine.

Perfect for family & friends gathering with 4 well furnished bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful views & enjoy fabulous sunrises from balcony, entrance from backyard keeps the house clean, overall a great property.
