Welcome to Central Park Prestige, offering Victoria's newest upscale, mini-hotel experience. Designed and purpose-built for short term rental, your space offers unrivaled privacy, luxury, and tranquility comparable to the best hotels in the City. Just a short walk from downtown Victoria, our brand new and custom-built home provides you the perfect balance of privacy, comfort and convenience.

The Space
Your private room is spacious and elegant. Luxury features include heated granite floors, recording studio grade soundproofing, comfortable lounge seating, and commissioned original paintings from local artists. Your private and spa-like ensuite bathroom is equipped with a rainfall shower and wall jets, and heated marble floors. Stay connected for business or personal use with private gigabit ethernet and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, and numerous streaming services on the 4k TV.

Guest Access
During your stay, you will have access to numerous shared amenities including; a massive deck designed for both relaxation and entertainment featuring a Weber BBQ, custom fire table, massive umbrella, Lazy Boy couches, and Royal Botania sun loungers. Indoor amenities include a fully equipped laundry room with countertop, sink, wine chiller, and fully stocked coffee and tea station. 2026 will see the addition of a hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna for the ultimate spa experience.

Quiet, central, and walkable! Coffee shops, restaurants, a bakery, liquor store and parks are all nearby, a grocery store less than 1 km away and blocks from the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre.The Brent and Deanna are very welcoming, and I will happily stay here again.

We booked this location due to its proximity to Royal Jubilee Hospital the night before my surgery. It is 6 min away and a super easy commute. The suite is immaculate and has everything one would need. The host Deanna is lovely and very responsive. 10/10 recommend.

I had an amazing stay at Central Park Prestige The accommodation was exactly as advertised. Great location to enjoy all that Victoria has to offer. Fantastic places to eat very close including a tasty bbq joint (Jones bbq) and tasty fried chicken at Chicken 649. You don’t have to worry about the cleanliness and tidiness of this house; everyone feels at home here. I was pleased to find that the bus station is right in front of the door, as I often feel anxious about parking in busy areas like popular sightseeing spots and downtown. I took the bus there every day, which was very convenient.

Brent and Deanna were wonderful hosts and we were so impressed with their rental suite! It was super clean and thoughtfully built and appointed. Having a shared kitchen and laundry space was important to us. We didn't have a lot of time to spend on the patio space but look forward to returning one day soon! Highly recommend this space! The room is very nice and has all you need with shared kitchen facilities. The location is not downtown but close enough to walk, approximately 20 minutes.

This is a lovely property. Very stylish design and decor. Impeccably clean and organized. Appears to be almost brand new. Easy access. Our hosts were quick to respond and very helpful with our inquiries. Added bonus: The most amazing bakery is just down the street!

Wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Brent and Deanna’s house. The suite A was spacious and clean, with a great bathroom. The shared kitchen with a small fridge were perfect for an one-week stay. We were able to discover Victoria by foot (15/20 min walk from the downtown). It was perfect.

Great Stay!

I was here for my son’s wedding. Accommodations were a perfect location to walk for a coffee or to pick up some groceries. Quiet and clean. Shared kitchen but own little fridge space was perfect to store breakfasts, lunches and drinks. Comfortable and big enough for my son to get ready for his small ceremony and for us to have lunch and watch some Masters. Would definitely stay again when coming to Victoria.

once upon a time in the North West...

We were in and out daily from 8am to 10 pm. Place was very clean, with strict rules concerning walking with shoes toward our room. Basically follow the rules. There is still work to be done in the landscaping, which will make the place more attractive in summer. Overall clean, bed excellent, and quiet. Worth to try.

Beautiful gem!

This was a quiet, well built little gem of a place in an excellent neighborhood, full of coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants. I can’t say enough about the gracious hosts! I lost my phone while staying there, and they went above and beyond to help me find it. I highly recommend a stay here.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed just two nights, but wish we stayed more! Love the room, with all of the amenities. They treated us with a cinnamon bun on our arrival, which was a nice welcome. Everything was clean, cozy, and it was a great location for our visit. Thanks so much!

Awesome owner, home, unit and close to everything!

Simply amazing! The units are as described with furnishings, toiletries, provided items, accessibility, parking, etc. and the unit has a nice love seat to relax. Coffee maker, teas, snacks, drinks, and all the kitchen utensils if needed. Couldn’t have been more perfect! The public space has everything and the washer/dryer makes it very convenient, and we did wash. They even provide the laundry pods. The location to downtown is perfect. You can get there in 5-minutes. Butchart Gardens is a 30-minute drive, and Sidney just the next exit. The house is located just a block from coffee, bagels, patisserie, bbq, liquor store, ice cream, and a Thai restaurant all on Cook Street. Perfect location! And your hosts are unbelievable! Communication is excellent, access is made very easy, and they extend themselves to make sure you’re taken care of! We do a lot of VRBO’s from San Diego to Vancouver Island, and Brent and Deanna are an excellent host. They’ve set the bar for vacation rentals! Thank you for making our vacation exceptional! Can’t wait until we return.

Brand new, very well planned, top quality finishing, all the right utensils, flatware, glasses, well supplied Kuerig, thoughtful welcome snacks & soft drinks, fresh loaf of bread for toasting, roomy bathroom, very helpful & friendly host.
