About this property

Short walk to the village-Stunning upgraded Rivergrass condo w/ beautiful decor

This beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath chalet is located in the Rivergrass community and is only a short walk to the village.
The chalet can accommodate 6 guests in total comfort, 8 upon approval.
It is our home away from home and we want to welcome your family to enjoy it as much as we do.

The entire chalet has been renovated with new flooring, quartz countertops, updated kitchen cabinets, fresh paint, and new furniture throughout.

Two bedrooms are located on the main floor – a queen size bedroom and two single beds in the other.
The 2nd floor master suite with king size bed, and spectacular views, includes an ensuite bath designed for complete relaxation.
My condo sleeps 6 people in beds but I cater to families and can sleep 8 if two or more guests are children. I have a Baby Bjorn sleep bed available for use or you can bring an air mattress/pad. Alternative kids sleep options can be set up in the Master Suite without feeling tight, their is ample space.

Our chalet offers all you need for a memorable getaway -
· gas fireplace in the living room
· private balcony off the living room
· new flat screen smart T.V.’s (no regular cable)
· high speed internet
· washer/dryer
· fully equipped kitchen
· dishwasher
· access to hot tub year round
· access to swimming pool in summer (pool opens June 2022)

· amazing view of Blue Mountain from Master bedroom
· bed linens, towels and basic toiletries are included (toilet paper, hand soap etc.)
· a very short walk to the village, (5 mins) lift lines, restaurants, bars, shops, and a huge variety of outdoor activities.
· Complimentary shuttle from chalet to the ski hill

We are looking for mature, responsible renters who will enjoy our chalet to the fullest. (All guests must be 26 years of age or older. Mature families over this age are welcome)

My husband and I purchased this property in 2016. We enjoy the energy of Blue Mountain and the surrounding area. There is a variety of things to do in all seasons. We have especially loved getting out as a family and enjoying the hills during the winter months. However, enjoying time here in the summer is also a family favourite.

Our home away from home is kid friendly as we have two very busy little boys who love to vacation at Blue Mountain!
