-Quiet time 11pm-8 am
-Please respect your neighbours, some of them are full time residents
-No unleashed pets outside, pets are charged extra fee is $70 plus HST

-Early Check in, before 4pm and late check out, after 11 am are charged at $25 including HST for each hour. This however is not always available and usually cannot be booked in advance. Cleaning schedules and booking schedules often make early check in and late check out un available

The condo was just the ticket for an overnight stay after a Celebration of Life event. The pictures do not due it justice...bigger and brighter than anticipated. The hotel like details were a nice touch! Very happy with our choice! Ann

We stayed here for a short family getaway in Collingwood and appreciated the pet-friendly policy, which made it easy to bring our pet along. The two-bedroom, two-floor property is fully carpeted, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the upstairs balcony.The kitchen was functional but missing a few basics like scissors. A used coffee filter was left in the machine, and the coffee maker didn’t make great coffee, so bringing your own might help. The family room furniture is dated and uncomfortable, one chair was damp on arrival. The washing machine is very compact and awkward to use.We were surprised to receive several cleaning tasks at check-out despite paying a cleaning fee. The location is within a quiet compound with little to walk to, but it’s less than 10 minutes from the mountain, which was convenient.Overall, a good place for a pet-friendly trip if you don’t mind a few inconveniences and bringing some comforts from home.
