Stunning views of the water and skyline are seen throughout the home. Two primary bedrooms (king beds) & en-suite bathrooms are located on the main level of the home. Screened in second story lanai & open-air deck offer plenty of space to dine and relax outdoors while enjoying the perfect view. Bonus area in the unfurnished downstairs with two additional roll-away beds.

Common owned area at the east bay-end of the street with boat ramp for pontoon boats (shallow), two docks and bench. Perfect spot to watch dolphins play while drinking your morning coffee. Just cross Hickory Blvd for beach access #3 to enjoy the sugar white sand of the Gulf. Plenty of on-site parking for cars and boat. This home is at walking distance to Doc's Beach House with beach and watersport rentals and famous Coconut Jack's Waterfront Grille.

Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival. All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

Full-sized propane BBQ grill available. Child pack 'n play and high chair, beach cart, chairs & umbrellas, sports equipment, cornhole, fishing poles, inflatable kayaks available for use. Living area of downstairs level currently partially finished and fully furnished, all bedrooms fully finished & furnished.

Located on Little Hickory Island between Fort Myers Beach and Naples, this home is situated by Bonita Beach access #3. This popular white sanded beach is a 5.5 mile long strip with Little Hickory to the north and Barefoot Beach ending at Wiggins Pass, Naples at the south end. Dog friendly beach less than 4 minute drive from home (3.3 mile). One small or medium dog allowed with our pet policy (see below).
