The property features both bathrooms and four out of five bedrooms conveniently located downstairs, while the loft bedroom is the only one situated upstairs. It's important to note that there are small steps leading into the showers.

- Late check-out in cases of extreme need, which will be evaluated by the manager.



GUESTS

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 500AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



RULES

- Quiet time: 9pm to 8am.
