Prime location with easy walking access to Canberra Hospital, this absolutely gorgeous modern townhouse offers both quality and convenience all in one place. Spacious and light-filled. Great for families with kids.

This is a Three-level townhouse with a garage. Please note that there is a staircase within the premises. North-facing with loads of natural light and being on a corner, it means there is only one adjoining neighbor, so your privacy is maximized.
BEDROOM: Both upstairs bedrooms have privacy being situated at opposite ends. Both with adjacent bathrooms, which is convenient for guests.
This townhouse has 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - King-sized bed Bedroom 2 - Double-sized bed
Both beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Also, the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe spaces for your luggage. There are also heaters in both bedrooms.
Small toys, kids cushions and a portable fan are available in the second bedroom. Also, 2 mini bikes for kids are available in the garage.
BATHROOM: The bathrooms both have showers and toilet units. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash.
KITCHEN: Positioned centrally on the ground floor, it segregates the meals and living areas.
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - oven - dishwasher - crockery and cutlery - kettle - grill toaster
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 70-inch TV which has access to local channels and a comforting footrest Ottoman that you can use. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING: The parking garage can fit up to 1 car.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
Less than two minute drive from Westfield Plaza and close to the local police station, this complex gives you access to all the amenities, restaurants and facilities that Woden has to offer. Not to mention quick access to Hindmarsh Drive and the Parkway for a quick escape from Canberra for that weekend away!
A convenient living with Canberra Hospital, Westfield shopping plus a swag of restaurants, clubs and health clubs on the doorstep. Only a short walk away from the bus interchange and future light rail station.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. Before your reservation can be confirmed, please note that guest verification is required. Due to local council regulations, bookings remain pending until the verification process is completed. If verification is not completed within 24 hours, the booking may be automatically cancelled.
Please also review the key house rules below:
1. Check-in / Check-out - Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available if arranged in advance. Unauthorised late departures may incur a $110 per hour fee.
2. No Smoking or Pets - Smoking and pets are not permitted anywhere on the property. Breaches will incur a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are exempt where required by law.
3. Cleaning - The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning and linen. Please leave the property in a reasonable and tidy condition. Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning charges (minimum $50).
4. Registered Guests Only - Only the guests listed on the booking may stay at the property. If you are booking on behalf of others (e.g., business or government travel), please let us know in advance.
5. No Parties or Events - Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. The number of guests must not exceed the number booked. Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after this time. Breaches may result in cancellation of the stay and a $2,000 penalty.
6. Children - Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times, as the property is not child-proofed.
