Upstairs
The living room is located upstairs at the front of the property with fabulous views of the coast and an undercover timber deck to sit and take in the fresh sea air. There is a TV, split system airconditioner and two comfortable lounges to relax on.

In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, electric cooking, pantry, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee machine for your pleasure. There is also a lovely timber dining suite which seats six people.

Downstairs
Entry is through the rear gate and back door which leads to two downstairs bedrooms. Bedroom one at the front with floor to ceiling windows showing the beautiful coastal view. There is a queen bed and built in robe along with a split system and ceiling fan.

Bedroom two includes three single beds, a ceiling fan, robe and a small ensuite with a basin and toilet.

The bathroom and laundry combined is lovely and modern with a shower, toilet, washing machine, dryer and sink with bench.
The yard is fenced and there is a single carport at the rear.
