The home is professionally cleaned, disinfected, and well-ventilated before you arrive. We provide extra cleaning supplies you can use during your stay - book with confidence. We look forward to hosting you at our lovely place.

STRICTLY NO PARTIES, NO BIG EVENTS, NO SMOKING/WEEDS/DRUGS

You will rent the entire house and NOT share any amenities with anyone. You will receive your unique entry code 1.5 days before your check-in date and time.

You will do a self-serve check-in, but we live nearby should you need anything. If you have any questions, you can message us on VRBO.

Please leave everything as it was upon arrival. Do not move furniture to prevent property damage, which may lead to possible charges.

DO NOT TRY TO OPEN THE SUPPLIES CLOSET LOCATED UPSTAIRS NEXT TO THE LAUNDRY ROOM. IF IT BREAKS, THERE WILL BE ADDED COST TO YOU.

Guests without profile reviews, with less than 5-star ratings or with negative host feedback may be asked for a refundable surety deposit for their stay. This will be requested during the booking process, collected via Airbnb, and returned to the guest upon departure and inspection by our cleaner assuming there have been no house rules violations or damages. We appreciate hosting respectful guests, and this surety helps us maintain this.
