Spectacular Beachfront Luxury Lower Unit - Patio on the Sand

Spend your next vacation in luxury at this spectacular 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, beachfront, ground floor unit. The large patio on the sand has a built-in gas BBQ, elegant seating for large gatherings, dining table for enjoying dinner outside and a modern fire pit for cooler nights. All the fun the beach has to offer is right at your toes.

Take advantage of the stunning ocean and Catalina views from the living room with pocket doors that fully open to the patio, featuring a 60" flat screen TV. A 40" flat panel TV on the opposing wall is perfect for the kids or for watching sports. The master bedroom situated off the living room has frosted French doors to open for an ocean view from the bedroom. A 27" flat panel TV in the master can be adjusted so it can be watched from the living area as well. All of the TVs are wall mounted and can be adjusted for optimal viewing.

The kitchen is beautifully outfitted with rare green granite countertops, clean white cabinetry and modern stainless steel KitchenAid Pro appliances. It's fit for a gourmet cook, with plenty of room to prepare meals for the whole family. The dining area is just off the kitchen, with seating for 8 guests. There is a second sink near the dining area perfect for serving drinks. A stacked Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer is around the corner from the kitchen.

The master bedroom features an Eastern King bed and closet with built-ins. Ceiling fans in each bedroom circulate ocean breezes, beautiful wood flooring extends throughout the home. The master has an en suite bath, with a limestone tiled shower, marble flooring and granite sink top.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, and a wall-mounted 27" flat panel TV for your entertainment. The guest bathroom has a tropical feel with a sandstone sink top and a beautifully carved wooden mirror from the tropics. The third bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed, twin over twin bunk bed, and a 27" flat panel TV. The en suite bathroom has access to the exterior courtyard with a hot water shower to rinse off after a beach day. This bathroom has the same luxurious feel as the others with a large tiled shower.

The front patio is every bit as enticing as the beautiful interior of this home. With a built-in gas BBQ, dining table, plenty of perimeter seating for everyone and a fire element, you may never want to venture out to the water's edge! The location right on the sand is ideal for families with younger children who can play in the sand in sight of adults enjoying the patio. The back patio/courtyard area has an outdoor hot and cold water shower to rinse off the sand before entering the home. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, ocean front lower unit has all you need for your next vacation.

The beach at 48th St is is perfect for all types of water activities and has a lifeguard tower to boot! Swim, boogie board, surf or just relax on the sand. Options abound nearby for shopping and dining.

Spacious with a breathtaking view

this property was everything we were looking for. From the minute we booked till the minute of checkout, we couldn’t have been happier with this property! Everything wasn’t working order and well stocked. The layout was nice and open and allowed for a peaceful and enjoyable stay! The beautiful kitchen, outdoor seating And fire pit or some of our favorite features! We would absolutely try to stay here in any future visits! thank you so much to the host for the wonderful home!

Maintenance Nightmares

We booked this property for my parents birthday. It is in a great location and the decor is really nice. We had a lot of issues. First off the check in instructions misdirected us to the wrong lockbox, eventually we were let in, then the sliding door was stuck shut, maintenance came and fixed it, then the garage door would not close, maintenance fixed that too. The house needs some maintenance overall, and it isn't really how we want to spend our vacation, we can do that at home. The sink has a broken sprayer, there is a rusted pipe in the fire pit that almost lit my sister on fire, there is no cold water in the master bathroom, the hallway bathroom has a plugged sink, there is a broken knob on the front door. We paid $13000 to stay there and for that price things should be in good working order. Pretty disappointed overall.

Perfect Retreat Spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband & I held a work retreat at this oceanfront location. It was SO MUCH BETTER than a hotel for our small, close-knit staff. To fall asleep/wake up to the sound of the waves, grab a morning coffee & take a walk on the sand, eat all meals al fresco on the beautiful large outdoor patio or watch the sunset/moon rise around the roomy outdoor fire table...I couldn't have asked for more. Regarding the inside of the home, comfortable beds, large, fully stocked kitchen, smart tv's, easy access to wifi/technology for our meeting times, spacious living room adjacent to the patio...again, met or exceeded all my expectations. Will definitely book this location again next year for our next meeting!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wish we had been told in advance about the water heater probs, but it was taken care of in a few days.... Had a great stay. There were a few areas of confusion with our upstairs neighbors, but they were resolved for the most part ( think it was their kids who got a bit fiesty, not the couple actually renting the unit). We won’t be able to stay again as wenow have a dog, and this unit doesn’t allow dogs.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the house can not be beat. It is on a nice section of the beach, close enough to walk to the pier but private and quiet. The house itself, needs a bit of upkeep and maintenance. I still can not get over the fact that they don't provide basic amenities, like shampoo and conditioner etc and the items they do provide, leave a lot to be desired. The towels were thin and rough...the toilet paper was like using sandpaper...and everything was as cheap as they could possibly provide. We own a rental property and I would be embarrassed to have my guests pay our prices (which are similar) and supply them with the worst items.

Only one downfall - when we arrived they were working on the beach with heavy equipment. It was loud and annoying. There were deep ruts to get through to get to the beach. Dangerous if you were older and had problems with mobility. Thought it would end on Friday but no they were back at it again Saturday morning.

Only downside was the huge construction trucks going back and forth all day long with loads of sand, the dust and noise really did damper the stay for us.also windows and screens really need cleaning they were very dirty and dusty downside too was a lot of flies.Trash cans could use a deep clean also kitchen trash can was very dirty we had to deep clean that. An outlet plug was not attached to the wall and the bathroom sink didn't drain well.

Loved it!

You just cannot beat being right on the beach! We had so much fun! The layout of this place was perfect and the beds were comfortable. We liked how the towels were packaged and placed on the beds in a variety for each individual. I would definitely recommend this place!

When we arrived at the Burr White office, the staff couldn’t have been nicer. We have rented homes through AirBnB but our experience with the rental company was incredible! The house was beautiful, recently updated, but the view was amazing!! It was one of the best vacation experiences we have ever had!!

Beach House Bliss

The fire pit outside was the perfect spot to retell the "engagement story" under the stars. The location was ideal on the beach and not right in the fray of everyone but close enough for a quick drive to our favorite Newport spots. The home was decorated and updated very well. We have actually already tried to rebook this home we enjoyed it so much.
