Nouvellement rénové la maison face à l'océan avec toit privé!

Duplex en bord de mer récemment rénové dans un emplacement privilégié. 3 chambres, 2 et 1/2 salles de bains. Environ 2200 pieds carrés. Grand patio avant sur la promenade avec des sièges confortables pour 10, grande terrasse sur le toit avec barbecue intégré, réfrigérateur, salle à manger, TV, haut-parleurs extérieurs, vue sur le coucher de soleil sur l'océan, et vue sur Newport Bay. 2 chambres ont des lits king size, et le troisième a un lit queen plus un lit superposé avec lit gigogne. Endroit très familial. Marcher jusqu'à la "Fun Zone" où vous pouvez monter la roue de feris et profiter de l'arcade. Marcher jusqu'au ferry qui vous emmène à travers l'île de Balboa. Courte promenade à Balboa Pier avec Ruby's Diner à la fin. Maison ouverte et aérée, récemment rénovée, conçue pour le confort et passer du temps de qualité avec les amis et la famille. Cuisine entièrement approvisionnée. Jeux de société et puzzles. Chaises de plage, serviettes de plage, jeux de sable, et des parasols pour vous d'utiliser. La maison est sur la promenade où vous pouvez faire du vélo sur des kilomètres le long de la plage. Restaurants, pharmacie, marché et location de vélos et d'eau tous à quelques pâtés de maisons de la maison. Idéal pour deux familles à apprécier ensemble, ou une famille et grands-parents. Également bien mis en place pour un groupe de couples, ou un week-end de filles.

This was an amazing beach house. It had all the things our family needed for a great vacation at the beach. The host was super responsive and helpful, including local tips. We will definitely plan to stay here again if take another West Coast break.

The house was great! Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Rooftop BBQ and seating area was great with fantastic views of the bay on one side and the pier and ocean on the other. Beach access is practically on the sand. Communication with the owner was quick and responsive. Would stay again!

The house was even better than we expected! Location was perfect. The rooftop was amazing. Nice property with amazing views! We enjoyed our long weekend stay at this house right on the beach. The beach and surrounding area gets a little busy on the weekends, so prepare for lots of traffic if you need to leave the house. Can't beat hearing the waves crash from the comfort of the living room!

Beautiful Comfortable House

Absolutely loved this property. There were 8 of us and quite a bit of room for everyone. Ages 16 through 86. Shops, restaurants and pier within walking distance. Jessica was the perfect host.

It is an incredible property, was everything and more that we expected. Was our first time to Newport Beach, Jessica was very helpful suggesting places to go and great restaurants. The home is equipped with anything and everything you would need for a beach vacation. Our plans included a day at Disneyland which was a convenient 20 minutes drive away.

My husband and I both spent our childhoods near this beach, and actually started dating when I was living near by on Balboa Island. This area is magical to us, and we are so excited to own our first property here. We fell in love with the location. There is so much to do! It's a great place to spend time with family and friends. Perfect for a Girlfriends' Getaway, perfect for a bunch of couples, and perfect for families.

This property is close to so many attractions, and at the same time, it's removed enough that you'll be able to enjoy quiet time to read or just enjoy the view. You can get to all the action without being immersed in it all the time. It's a great area to walk or bike to so many activities. The sand is right out front, and the garage is stocked with bikes (around 8 adult bikes and 3 kids bikes!), 3 paddle boards, boogie boards, corn hole, sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas - and more!.

The home has been remodeled with comfort and entertaining in mind. Our goal was to create a space where friends and family could really enjoy time together, whether on the roof top deck BBQing, or the front patio watching the activity on the board walk out front. The garage is stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation, including around eight adult bikes, as well as kids bikes. There are also paddle boards, beach, chairs, boogie boards, and everything you need for the sand. We have board games, puzzles and books for our guests to enjoy. The kitchen has all the basics for feeling like you are at home.
