This top-floor, two-bedroom oceanfront villa offers peaceful views over the ocean and is within walking distance to The Sanctuary as well as Night Heron Park.

The main living space offers cathedral ceilings as well as a comfortable and bright gathering space, which opens to the covered deck. You’ll also find a small desk and chair tucked away next to the living area. The covered oceanfront deck is the perfect place to relax in the morning, dine al fresco or watch the beautiful sunset. The updated galley-style kitchen features white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a beautiful granite countertop. The kitchen overlooks the dining room which offers seating for four.

In the primary bedroom, you’ll be greeted with a breathtaking view of the ocean every day. It also has a king bed and connects to the en suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also features a king bed, television, and access to the second full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The bathroom is also accessible from the hallway.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
