This unit was perfect for two families of three. Nicely decorated, very clean and a beautiful view of the ocean. One complaint; six towels for six people, no extras. The check in information said if we wanted more there would be a charge.

The condo was beautiful and clean!

It has everything you need and beautiful ocean views. The only disappointment we had is the management company did not tell us we would not have access to pools or amenities on Kiawah. The kids were so disappointed.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay once at the unit. Check in process was confusing and challenging. Don’t listen to hosts about printing out a pass to put on dash. we were forced to drive out of our way 45 mins on Christmas for no reason at all. Gate will give you a pass. Location was amazing, go to Jasmin’s porch for dinner right by unit. Amazing

Great location!

This is an excellent location at Windswept that's just high enough to have a perfect view out over the dunes to the ocean. The unit was generally well maintained with nice decorations. The balcony was clean enough to enjoy sitting outside. The owner and agents were friendly and responsive to make it an enjoyable trip. It's the closest building to the Sanctuary making for a short walk for dinner or ice cream. There is elevator access, but bringing a cart with wheels makes everything easier. Would recommend this unit to friends.

Wonderful week!

We had a great week at our windswept villa overall. I would say that there needs to be a bit of updating however. The outdoor table and chairs were old and paint chipping off constantly and blowing around the patio. Also the kitchen cooking pots and pans were in bad shape And need replacing; handles broken off etc, and we love to cook so we found this disappointing. With a little tic we would rent this unit again!

Lousy property mgr/Great condo

One of the worst pfopefgy mgrs I have ever encountered- propergy not clean at arrival, lkkr communication from propergy mgt company - difficult to get in touch with and still waiting for resolution on padtial refund. Too bad because the condo itself was beaufiful in a great location.

60th Wedding Anniversary

First, you’re consistently reached out to from staff ensuring all is well, you have what you need with the property. The location, the elevator all proved to be just what my 80 year old parents needed to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary! Unit was clean but the view was captivating from the family room to the 2 main suites. Loved the paint colors, furniture placement and styling of unit throughout. It’s was just 4 of us but we enjoyed the 2 balconies with water views. Walked to the beach with ease. My husband and I have designated this place as our future getaway. The property made my siblings and I thankful we chose this unit to celebrate their 60th years of marriage. ! Thank you!

Not clean!

Stained sheets with hair on them from the previous owner greeted us as we were getting into bed on our first night, exhausted from travel. Unfortunately, it took one email with photos and three phone calls to get fresh sheets delivered and put on our bed late the following day. The floor beneath the beds was incredibly dusty and accented with a water bottle from a previous occupant. The porch furniture is peeling badly. The paint chips cover the porch floor which hadn’t been swept prior to our arrival. The unit, as a whole, is tired and worn.
