This our second year in a row staying here. A friend of ours lives walking distance from this property it’s an easy walk from his place to here for gatherings. When we weren’t crabbing or fishing we were enjoying this house. The view from the top floor balcony is terrific. It was quiet and quaint and a great place for a staycation. It’s blocks from the entrance to the state park, 3 minute walk to the bay, and a 4 minute drive to the “city center”. Very spacious for a family of 5, could easily be plenty of room for a family of 6 or 7 if kids don’t mind doubling up.

We spent 3 days at this marvelous property in Birch Bay. Myself, my husband, our daughter and her husband, and two young grandkids shared the space. We were all blown away at all of the amenities we were offered. Laundry facilities were great, kitchen was spacious and well stocked. We were initially looking forward to having a fire and making smores, but the ongoing burn ban did not allow that to happen, but the home did have several games that we were able to keep the little ones entertained with. And of course, the close proximity to the beach area was very helpful. My grandaughter said it best when describing the house to her dad, "Its a dream!" she said, and she was correct!

Anniversary trip

My husband and I had a great stay for our 36th anniversary trip. The house was very clean and quiet. The green couch is so comfortable and we also enjoyed sitting out on both the large first floor deck and the smaller loft deck. We stayed in the king bed loft. The bed was very comfortable and the design of that entire floor was wonderful. The temperature was in the mid to upper 80's during our stay, and even though there wasn't air conditioning, the fans and many windows helped the house cool down to be comfortable to sleep at night. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. I loved the decor and small decorative touches throughout the house. My husband was able to carry his paddleboard to the bay down a short path near the house. We would stay here again, and bring our adult children.

Check in was easy, home was beautiful. Garbage was full when we arrived, and no recycle. We ended up taking our 3 bags of garbage/recyle home with us. Also, the listing does not state only 3 cars can park at the home. We had 4 cars, so had to have one car park off site for the duration of the stay since there is no street parking.

Birch Bay is a lovely beach.. My grandkids really enjoyed the warm beach sand and water. The dog really had a great time also. The house is comfortable, beds are comfy, and kitchen is equipped with all you need. We enjoyed the deck very much, and took advantage of the firepit every night. I can honestly say there is no way you can not enjoy yourself at this sweet little getaway.

Relaxing getaway

Our best friend girls trip looks different now that there’s a toddler, but this house was perfect when my friend and her child came to WA to visit. An easy drive from Seattle, the house offered all the amenities to keep us comfortable for our couple days. The big windows looking out with a view of the bay were gorgeous. The pictures and listing were accurate, the owner reached out before check in even though there’s also a management company, and check in was really smooth.

Blessed a beautiful stay for my husband and brother to celebrate their birthdays. Had my niece and nephew join us for family time. Enjoying the beach, visiting family cemetery near by and attending Custer UMC, which our grandparents attended many years ago.

Birch Bay Retreat

We loved our stay in this beautiful home with nautical decor. Nice view of the bay from the decks. Kitchen was well stocked with dishware. It was nice to have to choices of coffee makers. We brought our bikes and enjoyed our ride around the area. I would recommend this house others wanting to stay in Birch Bay.

Annual Family 4th

As former residents of Birch Bay we have a place in our hearts for the 4th of July celebrations. We enjoy spending time every year in Birch Bay with our family…This house was by far the most enjoyable experience we have had thus far. It was clean, well stocked and exactly as described. The location may seem out of the way however as a seasoned Birch Bay vacationer I can assure you it’s ideal! Close to the beach with lovely little nature path that connects you to a section of private beach only reserved for a collection of homes along that street. Easy access to the public beach as well as a nice walk to the corner store. Our family appreciated the house for its set up and spaciousness, allowing us to spread out. Will book again if we can!

The Bay getaway

This house was a pleasant surprise! Has beautiful views of the Bay that can be seen from two decks. Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again if in the area and available.

Great close-to-home get away

The house was a perfect place for our group of 6 (3 adults and 3 kids). It was a short drive from our homes but felt like we were on a vacation. The location can't be beat. Loved the short walk to the beach and the short drive to the state park. The house is great. The decor is bright and cheery, the kitchen well equipped, the large deck feels like an extra room, and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. The "king loft" is a large, fabulous space with an ensuite bathroom. Sometimes rentals can feel fussy. Not this one. Everything about this house says "Come in, relax, and enjoy yourselves." Which we did for 3 nights. Thank you!

Wow! The peace and quiet is surreal! The beauty of the bay is captivating from the second floor bedroom balcony. Occupants will be disappointed with golf courses and markets near by for all your needs.

Beautiful Home Water View

Lovely little house, thoughtfully decorated. Quiet, beautiful, everything you could ask for and so close to the water! Thank you for a restful vacation. They even left s’mores supplies and a bottle of wine. Simply everything you could ask for in a vacation rental.

Beautiful Birch Bay Retreat!

My family checked into the VRBO Saturday May 25th.The side entrance opened into a bright and clean kitchen which led into a comfy living room area. The large, inviting green couch beckoned the visitors to come sit down and relax. The house is very well stocked with everything one might need to make this cute home theirs for the duration of the stay.Upstairs, a massive primary suite looks out over Birch Bay.Two bedrooms downstairs with an additional bathroom provided a comfortable stay for everyone.Checking in and out was simple and everything was handled professionally. Thank you very much!!

Beautiful getaway!!!

Great cozy place. Lisa was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The place was clean and decorated thoughtfully. Beautiful scenery. Loved it!!! We would definitely stay here if we go back. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone who wants to go to Blaine. Can’t thank Lisa enough for her hospitality and clean house.
