Lovely venue, with a great lake view. House was clean, and check in was easy. Comfortable beds and bedding. A wonderful overnight stay for our group of 10.Minor complaint about some of the cleaning up items available (there were no dishwasher tablets available, so had to pop to the shop in the morning of check out to get some) Also there was no cork screw bottle opener so I couldn't open a bottle of wine :-(Otherwise it was a great experience

Great location by the lake and a short drive to the town center. Amazing view. We enjoyed the kayak with the kids and we all had a great time in there.

We needed a house on this side of Rotorua for a mixed group of 3 adults and 3 teenagers. This mix of beds was perfect for us, saves sharing with a teenager!!!!Was very quiet with a fantastic outlook

amazing lake view

Stunning lake views with a fantastic area for kayaking, perfect for families as the lake is shallow and safe for children. Kids especially love jumping into the stream from the bridge. A pleasant walking path runs alongside the lake, making it perfect for a relaxing stroll.

The property is great. It has a beautiful view and is comfortable. But nothing worked! The heater was unreliable, the dishwasher wouldn’t turn on, the hair dryer only works if you yank the cord just right, and the dryer didn’t work. The manager was responsive on some issues but didn’t respond to two emails about the dryer and we had lots of laundry to do! At least they had a drying rack. The other problem was that there were flies in the house when we arrived and no fly swatter. They annoyed us the entire trip. Oh, and mice in the kitchen. If they can get the property fixed it would be fantastic. The location is great and close to everything. It’s very quiet and well appointed, though it’s really set up for a max of 6 people despite the number of beds.
