Silver Palms Retreat by Exuma Exclusives - a 1,500 sq.ft. Villa, located within 100 meters of Exuma's most famous beach, Tropic of Cancer Beach (Atlantic side of the island, approximately 40 minutes from the GGT Airport).

Silver Palms Retreat offers three beautiful bedrooms each of them offering fluffy comforters and extra pillows, set to provide a snug end of beach day experience. A space that offers unhurried contemplation, Silver Palms Retreat is the most suitable location to find fulfillment and experience days of romantic quiet.

The Villa boasts an expansive 1,000 sq.ft patio with a heated pool, lounge area, and dining area, Tropic of Cancer is just a few minutes walk away - with relatively calm waters, the area is great for swimming and snorkelling. The beach is sandy all year round and stretches for 2 km's making it ideal for sunrise/sunset walks or runs.

By booking an Exuma Exclusives home, you can be confident you’ll receive the highest level of customer service before, during, and after your trip to Exuma. Our expert local property management teams can assist you with any aspects of your stay including, but not limited to: grocery delivery, chefs and local caterers, rental vehicles, excursions (such as visiting the swimming pigs!), babysitting services, fishing recommendations, and any other local recommendations or assistance you need. They have a wealth of knowledge about the island and are committed to ensuring you enjoy all Exuma has to offer - hassle free.

Important things to know when planning a trip to Exuma:
- Renting a car is highly recommended. Almost all of our guests rent cars for the duration of their stay and it is the best and easiest way to explore the island. Additionally, Exuma is unlike other islands - golf carts are not a typical form of transport on the main roads.
- Protect yourself from the unpredictable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip that protects against any unexpected travel disruptions or delays. We’d be happy to recommend specific providers.
- Thinking of a boat rental? Boat rentals on Exuma are typically daily rentals only (no overnights). Therefore, it may not be necessary to pick your house based on the presence of a dock. If you’re bringing your own boat and your property doesn’t have a dock, please identify your closest Marina (beginning of description).
- Plan ahead: Restaurant reservations are recommended for peak seasons, particularly for large groups!

Other Rules:
No parties. No exceeding guest count on property. Minimum 7-night stay over peak or holiday seasons and/or weekend to weekend bookings. Christmas (night of the 25th) and New Years Eve (night of the 31st) cannot be booked together, except for stays of 14 nights or longer. Instant bookings are subject to 24-hour review to ensure adherence to house rules. Note: A 3% non-refundable processing / administrative fee on the total value of the stay will be due for all cancellations. Fee will be waived if the booking is moved/shifted to future dates without cancelling.
