Sunridge Woods holiday lettings

We really enjoyed our 10 day stay in this property and can strongly recommend it for family visits to the area. It is a very well presented and comfortable home. The living areas are spacious and all the rooms are nicely fitted out with modern and well maintained equipment / fittings that help to make it feel like home from home. The back yard with pool, hot tub and seating area are perfect for relaxing at home in the nice weather. There is also the excellent resort club available just a 5 min walk away with much larger pool and lazy river if you want to stretch out a bit more in the water (there is parking too). The location is handy for most of the major tourist sites focused around southern and central Orlando (Disney etc) which are anything between a 20 - 50 min drive away. This largely depends on your timing and thereby the traffic. The I4 in particular can get very congested. This is typical for most 'base' locations around Orlando though as it can be hard to avoid the I4 with some of the more popular attractions in mind. We liked this particular location because we wanted to venture away from Orlando too, and that was easy because Davenport is on the edge of the city. Finally we couldn't have asked for more friendly and helpful hosts with Gary and Anita who own the property. Their communication was excellent before and throughout the stay and they were always just a quick email response away if there were any queries.

The villa was as described with plenty of room for our family of 8 adults. Communication with the property management was excellent and any problems sorted out very quickly. All details were provided before we arrived and with the use of a door key pad, entry to the villa very simple. We even saw 2 alligators and turtles in the lake. We had a fabulous stay.

We stopped here for 2 weeks having stayed in the Champions Gate area previously. I would definitely recommend if you want to enjoy the parks but want to take time away to relax. Communication with host was excellent, she was super responsive and ready to help if needed. The house is as pictured and was immaculately clean.

The house was larger than expected. Great facilities and well stocked. The pool was warm and clean. Veronica was very responsive. The resort was an added bonus and great location for all the attractions. Good local shops and restaurants, and food delivery services. We would certainly go there again and have no hesitation recommending it to friends. Fantastic holiday with lovely memories.

Thank you for letting us stay at your villa. The check-in process was smooth and well communicated ahead of time. The villa deco was well thought out and gave the impression it was a home and not a generic rental. Floors have been updated. The kitchen was well stock with all you need. We also found many useful things such as toys and a pushchair. Our son really enjoyed the pool and we found it a very good size and very much appreciated it. We saw lots of wildlife from the pool deck. The area is very quiet and peacefully and feels very private. Also very close to Disney and all major shopping locations. The villa was clean upon arrival. We did however have to give the BBQ a good clean as previous guest didn't clean it very well. Only thjng to note is the Harry Potter room does get a little warm. Could do with a ceiling fan. But we would love to be back very soon.. Assuming I can book it before others 😉

I cannot rate this property higher, it’s spacious the beds are so comfy The pool attached to the property is ideal for a splash around and the on-site one is great for a bigger splash So helpful with any issues we had I would stay here again
