First let’s begin with the check in process… My check in instructions directed me to a property management office that was closed. When I finally got in touch with someone, they responded via text. Instructing me on which unit was mine. When we went to enter the unit, dogs started barking. Which led me to believe that someone was living in the unit. After calling repeatedly, I was able to get the contact on the line. At which point she acted confused and told me it was a sales and lease agency. After about an hour of dealing with Evolve, I was finally able to locate a vacant unit. Upon entering the unit, it was obvious that the unit wasn’t cleaned. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Dirty towels and pet hair matted in the rugs. The internet did not work. They had a “new” property manager come to the unit to get it working with the provider. After about 3 hours of going back and forth, we were finally settled in… how fun. Aside from the lack of cleanliness. Oh, let’s not forget the fleas and ants. It was a marvelous experience… Evolve promised to work out a discount that has yet to come to fruition.. we shall see…
