Welcome to 100 London Ave in FWB. This single family home welcomes your family with fantastic amenities including a large screen television in the living room, full updated kitchen, and high-speed wireless internet. Step back in time with this classic house (furniture and appliances are all modern as house has been renovated) in a quiet neighborhood. A great spot for a family that is moving in or out of the area, military on TDY or people in the area on contract work assignments.



This home is convenient to everything the Emerald Coast has to offer. Located in the heart of the city, the beaches, military bases, restaurants and shopping areas are all close by. When you are ready for some white sand and surf, the beach is a 5 minute (sometimes longer during the busy season) drive (free access and parking). Ready for fine dining and nightlife? Downtown Fort Walton Beach is 5 minutes away and Destin is an easy 20 minute drive; both areas have many amazing dining and entertainment options. Here for a boat race? The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Club is only a few miles. Want to eat and shop? Uptown station is not far. In the mood for some miniature golf? Goofy Golf is right up Eglin Parkway.



With 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, there is plenty of space for up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king bed. There is a bonus room with a desk and chair for working.



MILITARY: This house is close to Hurlburt and Eglin bases; about 20 minutes to each gate.



House Rules



Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age (military exempt). No smoking. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking inside of any kind. One pet with payment of pet fee.



This property sleeps 6 people!!! If we determine you have more than 6 people, we will charge a fee of $100 per person, per night.



Parking: The driveway has room for two cars. Please make sure any car is NOT hanging into the road.

Check-out time: 10:00 am



Our properties come with freshly laundered linens and towels, a starter supply of dish soap (and dishwasher soap too), toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap and facial tissues trash bags, hair dryers (this property has two), iron and ironing board; along with a welcome amenity kit of bathroom supplies.

LONG TERM STAYS/SNOWBIRDS: If you plan to stay more than 30 days, you may be required to have a cleaning every 30 days by our cleaners. If required, the cleaning fee will be added to your booking for each 30 days of your stay after booking. Contact us for more information.



CANCELLATIONS: We will follow the cancel policy you were provided by the booking channel you used. Be sure to read your rental agreement for all of the cancellation terms. Please contact the website from which you made the booking to initiate a refund; or contact us directly.
