The space
Bedroom 1: Queen bed and smart TV | Bedroom 2: Queen bed and smart TV | Bedroom 3: Queen bed | Bonus/Bunk room/twin beds. The main bathroom is centrally located to all of the bedrooms and has a bathtub/shower, with the master bedroom having an on-suite hosting a tiled walk-in shower. The four rooms can comfortably sleep 8 guests. Use the sofa sleeper in the living room to accommodate 2 more people.

Kitchen: Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with bistro bar with all stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and electric stove). Cooking basics featuring flatware/dishware, blender, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, linens, and place settings.

Dining room: Large dining room family table fitting 6 people. Use the bistro bar in the kitchen to add 3 more place settings.

Living room: Large great room, perfect for winding down after a full day in the sun. Features 2 sofas (one is a queen sofa sleeper) and a 58" smart TV.

Outdoor patio: Enjoy dinner and relax on a newly poured patio with a dining table and an 8' tall non-see-through privacy fence. Perfect for grilling.

Parking: Off-the-street parking. Cars Trucks RV Boat and Trailer Camper Box Trailer. This is all part of our commitment to providing our guest with a great stay.

We loved this place!

It was a very comfy and cozy house! Very close to everything including the beach! Very nice backyard and a lot of beach toys and chairs! Definitely recommend!!

Perfect house for family boating trip. Very close to Mary Esther, FL boat ramp. Plenty of off-road parking for the boat.The house was a perfect fit for our family of 7 & dog. There was plenty of room for more guests. The neighborhood was great for dog-walking & it had a fenced in backyard. Very clean & neat space.

Perfect for Family

We had to unexpectedly make a trip to Ft. Walton Beach and were able to book this with less than a 24 hour notice. It was perfect for us. There was plenty of space for us to sleep and work since we all work remotely. The house was sparkling clean and the location is convenient to everything. I highly recommend staying here!

Clean, Well Equipped, Convenient

We stayed here a week because of business at Hurlburt Field. This is a nice clean, well stocked home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to base and close to beaches and restaurants. Everything you would need for food and restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. It was very hot the week we were there and the A/C worked great. Nice private back yard for morning coffee. We would stay again.

FWB 2024

I was in a panic the day before our arrival when I received an email stating our original rental was no longer available after I had paid for it back in September 2023. I began looking for another rental and my daughter found this house. At first I didn’t want to stay that far inland, but am so happy we did! Our host Brent assured me that the house would be ready and available when we arrived the next day. House was clean, and updated, with plenty of room for up to 10 people. Centrally located in FWB and close to Destin for all kinds of activities. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

A Home away from Home!!!

We arrived at the property just as the sun was setting so we were unsure about the neighborhood. The next day we realized what a gem we were staying in! The bungalow was just as described on Vrbo.... everything looked just like the photos! Awesome towels and beach towels...nice and thick and soft...unlike hotel towels.The house is perfect for a short or long stay! Wonderful fenced in, private backyard for relaxing after a long day!Kitchen is spacious and well stocked! The only thing we didn't like was the TV stationing because we could not get local news. However, maybe this was a Godsend because who needs the news when you're on Vacation! Lol! Our host Brent was amazing! He reacted quickly to all of our questions and needs! We will definitely stay again whenever in the area in the future!!! We couldn't have asked for anything more!!! Loved it!

Cute, clean, and great location for our baseball tournament

We came into town for a baseball tournament spread across 3 locations, I chose this house for proximity to all fields (hence 4 star for location, it was perfect for us, but not on beach or near pool FYI). It was exactly as shown in pictures, older home and neighborhood, but it's been redone and was very clean. I was traveling alone with four kids, after my parents had to bow out of the trip. I spent the first three days shuttling my son to baseball games at weird times, so other kids could stay at house due to the proximity. I felt completely safe leaving them there and they were quite happy with the amount of TVs, seating, and wifi signal 😆. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great, as was everything else. We may not have been close to beach or pools, but the drive time was short to get anywhere for our other excursions. I would definitely come back here!
