Awesome place!

Our group was mom’s and their 21-year-old daughters celebrating their birthdays. The place was cute and cozy and clean. The beds were really comfy. We also love the location as it was close to restaurants in a great shopping area.

First time in nashville

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spacious and comfortable for the four of us. It was within walking distance to the gulch but not technically located in the gulch as advertised. It was tidy but not sparkling clean. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Fabulous home in a great location

The location is perfect. We were able to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The house is well stocked and the floor plan and beds make it easy to accommodate friends, family, and kids.

The positives: the home is nice and well organized. Location is great. Communication with mgmt is quick/responsive.The challenges: there is a large building being constructed within feet of the home. The drilling and pounding starts at 6 AM and goes all day long. In addition, the windows do not have blackout shades/curtains which means light is coming in at 5 AM. No sleep to be had. During our stay, there were no window coverings in the bathroom, which means the construction workers were looking into our bathroom/shower.We contacted the owners and they came and put up a film at the same day. We were not able to use the bathroom that morning and it was the main bathroom.If you don’t mind, no sleep, this place should be fine for you!

Very comfortable!

Wonderful experience

This house is not only great for large groups but also minutes away from Broadway. Very cheap Ubers/ transportation to and from. Walking distance to all the hot spots in the gultch which was very convenient for our group of 10. Very spacious, modern, and clean. All inquires were responded to extremely quick which was awesome. I could not recommend this property enough. Very please with our stay.

Great location and great space

We (3 couples) loved this location. Easily walkable to excellent Gulch restaurants. Mostly ubered downtown but could walk that too. House had plenty of space for all of us. Stylish home and well equipped. Hosts were very responsive and accommodated early checkin and luggage storage. Would come back to this house again.

Very nice

Very nice place to stay! Plenty of beds and great style. Short Uber drive to almost everything! Property manager was INCREDIBLE! Anything we needed, she was on it! A friend left her sandals and they promptly checked for the sandals and mailed them to us. Would recommend!

Great place to stay in Nashville

We were very satisfied with our stay at this property. House is adorable, great photo opps in the house. The staff were always very friendly and would respond quickly if we had any questions or concerns. Our flight was delayed and we needed a place to hold our bags, so that we didn't have to lug them around all day. They were very accommodating and let us keep our bags in the garage until we had to leave for the airport. We would definitely recommend this property!! Nashville stole our hearts and we can't wait to come back and visit again.

Beautiful house in a great location!

We stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and couldn't have been happier. A short walk to all the restaurants and shops in the Gulch, and 15 min walk or quick Uber to Broadway. The house was well stocked with everything we could need. It was clean and the owners were easy to contact if needed. The rooftop was great, decorating was gorgeous, perfect house for the weekend!
