Location was just what we were looking for; beautiful natural surroundings and close to the regional airport. ( Our fried was going to fly up to see us but could not at the last minute.)Kitchen had everything that we needed. Linens well stocked. No complaints at all!

Beautiful private location. Everything about this location was perfect. The backyard is massive, and the firepit was an amazing thing to have on cold foggy evenings. The location (being the last house on the street) gave the feeling of privacy. It was pretty close to the beach, but was free of the constant usual traffic and noise that normally is heard in Oceano. I will definitely stay here again.

Super Beach Side Stay

We had a fantastic experience. The property is located close to the beach. The gardens and facilities are excellent with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. Not far from Pismo Beach and local attractions.Communication was good and access effortless.Highly recommend!

Comfortable stay - walking distance to the beach!

We needed a pet friendly house and this house worked out great. Its tucked away at the end of a street with a large backyard. While not fully fenced, there was plenty for our puppy to explore on a leash. The house itself is very cozy and clean. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, plates and utensils. There is a brita water pitcher in the fridge which provides nice cold filtered water. Everthing is very organized in the house and communication with the manager was encouraged for any questions. We highly recommend this house for any trip to the Oceano/Pismo Beach area.

Felt like Florida

Very interesting property and location. The neighborhood is quite run down but this house is fixed up pretty well. It’s a marshy area so the vegetation growth is immense which gives great privacy. If you entered from the rear driveway you’d never know about hoopty places nearby. Because of humidity we had to air it out when we got there but no big deal. Yard was amazing and would be great for a young family of 4-5.

Quiet, Peaceful and Nice Place to Stay

Had a nice little stay here for four days. It was a nice in-between meet up with my daughter from LA, I from the Bay Area. The house is just as is pictured, wonderful yard (we had an our little pups), and good location for walks around the lagoon, up to the beach. Easy access to other community amenities. There was a storm related electrical hiccup, which was quickly responded to and resolved with the manager's and PG&E. I recommend this place, and would consider staying here again! Enjoy!P.S. if you cook, do bring what you need and your spices, not too many on hand. But all other kitchen amenities are well stocked!

Birthday Getaway

This cottage was perfect, well, equipped kitchen, towels, extra bedding if needed, perfect for pets, and if laundry needed to be done, all essentials were provided. Had a slight problem with the heater not working however contacted property owner and it was taken care of right away. Space heaters were provided immediately while waiting for emergency repair man to come and fix the problem. Problem was resolved.I would recommend this location to anyone wanting a quiet getaway and close enough to the beach!!

Bring your dune buggy!

This house is hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the dunes but the beach is only a short walk away. The house was very tidy and everything worked very nicely.

Cozy Cottage

Very impressed for such a small place it felt larger. Enjoyed the fire pit and the backyard is huge! The airport is behind the property but not bothersome. Quite neighborhood. FYI-property not fenced all the way around. Enjoyable stay. Sept 4-7 2024
