When you enter this home you are welcomed with a wide open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Master bedroom has a king size bed. The attached bathroom has a walk-in shower. Guest bedroom number 1 has 2 twin beds, guest bedroom 2 has a Queen bed. Every bedroom is equip with a smart TV. Enjoy your family time in the large living room that over looks the sparkling heated pool. Screened in lanai plus a heated pool. All brand new furniture. This home will not disappoint. Rates shown are base rents that include utilities. Additional fees include a $250 departure cleaning fee, sales/resort taxes and other fees if applicable. Charge to heat the pool is $150 a week.
