Nationals

A group of friends stayed here for the National bowling tournament. We absolutely adored the decor and cleanliness of this home. Everything was at our fingertips. Would stay here again if in the area!

Nice place

It was a really nice little place. Neighborhood was ok. The property inside was really well taken care of. Beautiful hardwood floors. My kids absolutely loved the foosball table. All in all a very nice place that I would go to again.

Very Nice

We came for a bowling tournament at the convention center. We really enjoyed the home. Especially the back patio.Weather was perfect for sitting outside. Very clean and well kept. Another great feature was the walk in showers as we were an over 50 group

property was just right for our group,we ate out we ate in,used the grill outside for steaks.only real issue was hot water didn't last long enough for all of us to shower in the morning.

Nice house, sketch neighborhood

Overall, the property was nice enough. From my perspective, it could have been cleaner, use of the showers was questionable as the glass hadn't been cleaned in quite some time which left the overall impression of being dirty. The outside of the house is covered in bugs and webs which was kind of gross but could just be how it is in the south. There's also a leak of something in the carport which was all over our car - we were able to take care of most of it but this should be fixed, ASAP. The neighborhood is sketch, each day we would see the same homeless people and public drug use while driving out of the property which was concerning.

Pretty - but SUCKS

Cute house but that’s about it. We had barely enough hot water for one shower so everyone froze taking showers. We woke up on our last morning FREEZING bc the heater had stopped working. The owner nor Evolve would answer us. When trying to reach a resolution with Evolve they said everything was reasonable bc the owner answered us within an hour. Which is also not true. The house is in a sketch area and while pretty - the basic necessities don’t really work. Avoid it.
