This was a great property about 15-20 minutes walk from center of Bellagio. Hostess Roberta was extremely good communicator and the apartment had all we needed. Would recommend highly!

Roberta was the perfect host, always suggesting the best places to visit in & around the area. The walk into Bellagio was amazing due to the fact you can enter Villa Menzi every morning at 10am for 10 each, see the beautiful gardens & return anytime until 18:30. The walk is leisurely & takes 15 mins. This avoids walking along the roadside. Every day we saw something different. Hire car not required, but I would recommend Sebastian classic car hire or a chauffeured tour of the lakes. The boat hire is expensive but well worth the experience. Villa Balbianello is well worth a visit using one of tourist boats near the Lido. They do private boat hire too. All in all the accommodation is perfect position for exploring Bellagio & supermarkets are only a short walk away, although uphill, the downward journey is a lot easier. Beautiful place to be & would highly recommended Roberta & her beautiful apartment

Was a great location! Beautiful walk through the Melli gardens to the heart of Bellagio. Host was excellent! Very responsive and had many great suggestions!

Host Roberta was amazing and was in communication before, during, and after our stay. The unit was very pleasant and super clean and a quiet location. Easy walking distance into the town center and shopping. We would stay at the property again. Ideal for a couple.

Great stay in Bellagio

Roberta was excellent in her communication and guidance of how to best explore Lake Como. The apartment was perfect for our stay and needs. Very clean and close to town to walk and enjoy.

Quiet little nook, just outside of town

It was a perfect location! Just far enough out of town to Avoid the crowds, but close enough to walk everywhere. Roberta was extremely helpful, quick to respond and Recommended great restaurants, and sightseeing spots.

Bella Bellagio!

Everything about this property was wonderful! The location was fabulous. Walkable to the lake and easy to get to the town center. The host Roberta communicated with us during the whole process and gave us fabulous dining suggestions!

Very nice host and apartment

Roberta is a very kind host and her apartment is spacious and very clean. Apartment is located in a nice residential area near the lake and close to the center. We also enjoyed the swimming pool ver much.

Its a perfect location. 2 min walk to the beach, with a beach restaurant. 10 min walk to the Bellagio senter with all the shops and restaurants you can wish for. Nice and clean pool and a very nice place. The owners are very nice and give you all the information you need.

Absolutely Perfect!

Couldn’t have discovered a more perfect rental. The host was incredibly helpful and kind and the rental was beautiful. Great location to walk anywhere in bellagio with a beautiful pool and amazing scenery. Will definitely be coming back !

Perfect location

This apartment is the perfect spot for a trip to Bellagio. With super close proximity to the beautiful lake & a few delicious food options. It is also a short drive or about 15 minute walk into the heart of Bellagio. The apartment is super clean & well maintained and Roberta is an excellent host. She went out of her way to suggest things for our family to do and places to eat. Her recommendation for dinner was spot on as well! We look forward to coming back soon!

Lovely visit

Our stay was lovely just outside of Bellagio. The apartment was thoughtfully stocked with plugs, local information etc and was spotlessly clean. A ferry pickup, supermarket, park, beach and several restaurants were within easy walking distance. We hope to get to use the inviting pool for a future visit during warmer weather.

Amazing stay in Bellagio

We had an amazing time in this beautiful and very clean appartment. Great location with easy access to Bellagio center. Roberta went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! Not only did she provide tons of important and useful information, she also booked us transfer to airport and even restaurant reservations! Thank you so much!

Great time in Bellagio

We really enjoyed our stay at Bellagio Dreams. Roberta met us on arrival and walked us through everything we needed to know for our stay. Roberta was very responsive throughout on WhatsApp if we needed anything. The place was terrific and close enough to Bellagio to walk into town. The apartment was equipped with everything needed for our long weekend - wished we had stayed longer.

Great Apartment

Beautiful property! Roberta was very kind. Everything was perfect. We did not have a car though and the walk into Bellagio was 15-20 minutes. Overall I would highly recommend!

Beautiful Stay in Bellagio

The apartment and host are both lovely. Roberta was kind enough to help me find the address since it can be a little confusing upon arrival. I especially loved the walk through the Mitzi Gardens everyday to/from town. Simply spectacular. Once you get your bearings, it’s an enjoyable walk to the town of Bellagio. Thank you Bellagio Dreams!!

Beautiful lakeside condo near Bellagio

Very well designed and constructed apartment in a green and inviting complex with pool. 3 minute walk to S.Giovanni and the beach and 20 minute walk to Bellagio. The owner is very friendly and easy to communicate with. She has a lovely apartment that makes for a great vacation on Lago di Como.

Beautiful 1 bedroom apt

Whether at a hotel or VRBO, customers want clean, quiet, and safe. This place passes with flying colors. Perhaps the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. It’s about a 1 mile walk to Bellagio city center but there’s a nearby “bus,” called a train because it’s designed to look like a train, that circumnavigates Bellagio.

My family had a wonderful stay in lake Como at Roberta’s place. We loved the location right across from the lake that was so fun to swim in with the kids. There is a little dock to swim to and a great restaurant in the beach so you can spend a lot of time there. The apartment was clean and comfortable. A slight damp smell was present but it was hot and humid so I suspect that is why. You are definitely away from the hustle and bustle of bellagio center, but you can walk there in 20-25 minutes ( we did this with our 7 and 9 year olds). We would definitely stay here again.

I cannot say enough about Roberta, the apartment and the location! First, Roberta was such a kind and thoughtful host. In the weeks leading up to our arrival she touched base with me to see if I had any questions or if she could help with anything. I had asked about storing luggage should we arrive early; Roberta said absolutely no issue. She ended up being there to greet us and provide us with the grand tour of the beautiful apartment. It was large - big bedroom, plenty of storage, pull out couch, huge bathroom. We had all of the amenities. There was a lovely pool outside as well as two loungers for us to use, a clothing drying rack and a nice table to sit at outside. The location was PERFECT. The guests in the small complex were VERY quiet and respectful. We loved that we could walk to the little beach 5 minutes away - there was a restaurant and you can rent lounge chairs for $10 each. The food was incredible too! A short walk to town - and an easy walk to the boat rental spot as well. We love everything about our stay - oh and I forgot to mention the DREAMY cake Roberta was kind enough to leave in our welcome basket - with some champagne and chocolates. Roberta was the BEST host we've ever had, she sent so many great tips for the area. We will absolutely be back and cannot recommend staying here enough. Thanks Roberta for everything!

Super charming apartment. Very spacious for Italian standards. Practical and functional kitchen, and that outdoor patio The pool wasn't heated, but it was very refreshing after a walk. The walk to downtown it's about a mile, but there are a few little restaurants within a block or two. I highly recommend the Riverside Beach bar. Right on the water, good cocktails (The Hugo spritz ) and excellent food. The host, Roberta, isn't a 5 stars, but a 10 stars. She is fantastic!!! Not only available for things related to the apartment, but kindly helped us with other logistics, like transportation and good recommendations.

Great if you have a car!

I wish I could give this place a higher rating. It was very clean and spacious and the host was quite accessible. However, we traveled by train and did not know how difficult it would be to get to and find the apartment. Not very close to town. Please know if going by train you have to walk up hill a little over a mile, which is quite difficult with luggage. We were told there is a bus but we never saw one even though there was a schedule.

the kind guests arrived at the apartment just before midnight and at that time there was little public transport. The apartment is about 1.3 km from the ferry and therefore easily reachable on foot. During the day, however, in the center there is the possibility of taking the tourist train and with one stop you can reach the Residence, or the ship and in a few minutes you are in San Giovanni. The kind guests were given very detailed and accurate information with a video to find and access the Residence and the apartment independently. The video shows the entire route from the center of Bellagio, access to the Residence, where the key box is located, which is the apartment. The difficulty encountered was therefore only subjective.

Remember 10 am check out

Location and property lovely . We did have extra child come so I did pay for another person. Remember 10 am check out. House person started knock at door and stands there very rude like till we exited. We have stayed in over 100 Vrbo and never experience this kind of dismissal. Not a good experience . Too bad property is lovely!

Immediately the guest never responded to any contact request to better organize her holiday at our apartment. The guest was greeted at check in with extreme kindness, a feature that distinguishes our staff. Her initially cordial attitude changed completely when she received the email to pay the amount owed. The extra person, not declared at the time of booking, was not a child but an adult woman. For this reason, we think her review is not objective. Upon check out our staff rang the bell after 10 (the guest was informed about time of check.out) without any response. It is always courtesy to answer. Not being the host ready, the staff kindly waited outside. The apartment had to be cleaned, sanitized and prepared to welcome new guests arriving in the afternoon. The apartment was left very dirty and untidy. The many wonderful ratings that Bellagio Dreams has are proof that we are very careful to guarantee fabulous stays to our guests.
