Absolutely had an amazing time at this house. Very spacious and clean. The host checked in several times to ensure we had everything we needed. Alejandro, our concierge was also very attentive, quick to respond, and helped with coordinating transportation, private chef, and reservations. He made sure we had a comfortable stay. I cannot recommend this place enough! Would definitely stay at this place again in the future.

Great trip

How was great and Lawrence the owner and Alan the concierge made everything easy highly recommend this for a family. The five bedrooms were all well appointed and the kitchen family room overlooking the pool with the view of the bay was exceptional.

Family Holiday Trip

Our time at Casa Santos was wonderful. Location excellent, home management superb, house staff friendly, warm, polite and helpful. The owner was provided insightful information on many facets of our trip- truly put everyone at ease and eager to enjoy this beautiful place.

Beautiful view

The house was great and the host communication was great. They were available to help with as much or little as we needed. It was just a short uber ride into town. The gated community was amazing. The pool and kitchen area were perfect.

We had the most incredible weekend proposal with friends and family at this rental. From the planning to the moment we arrived Lawrence was fantastic. This property exceeded our expectations in every way, we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. We will return!!

Casa Santos in the Pedregal is exactly as advertised. The pictures capture the space and all the amenities, but once you get there you see how lovely the Casa truly is. The space is open and spacious, but homey and inviting at the same time. The views are exactly what the pictures show. We truly enjoyed our "days at the Casa" when we were not sight-seeing in Cabo. The Casa was large enough for our group of 8 adults to have an enjoyable stay. The rooms are as shown in the pictures and very comfortable.We did not pick up from the listing that housekeeping was daily occurrence but welcomed having the housekeeper just the same. This extra luxury allowed us to further rest and relax on our vacation. We all agreed that we would recommend the Casa Santos to any of our friends that might be thinking of a trip to Cabo.

Experience exceeded our expectations!!!

The property exceeded our expectations and the service that was provided was top notch. By far one of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed at. The views were priceless. Also Highly recommend utilizing the private Chef the menu options are great and customizable and they do an excellent job preparing and presenting the food. Everything tasted amazing. Would recommend this place to any group staying in the Cabo/Pedregal area.

Best Trip Ever!!!!!

First off, the house itself was stunning. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and the perfect spot for sunbathing and relaxing. The rain showers in the bathrooms were like a spa experience every time we used them – such a great touch! The entire space was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, making it ideal for our group.What really made our stay special, though, was the exceptional staff. Alan and Alejandro, the house managers, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They were incredibly accommodating, helping us with anything from arranging transportation to recommending local spots. Their attention to detail made us feel like we were in the best hands the entire time.Whether it was lounging by the pool, having dinner prepared for us, or just enjoying the beautiful surroundings, this house was the perfect setting for a bachelorette weekend to remember. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious, hassle-free stay in Cabo. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Great property terrible experience with Concierge

The property was amazing and as described. It was modern, clean and in a great neighborhood. The host was on point with communication, but the Concierge Alan was terrible and took days of no communication before the host would have to press on the concierge to answer basic questions leading up to the get away. Onsite, it was mildly better, but still big gaps in communication, details and response time. On the day of checkout the cleaning crew arrived at 9 am and watched everyone eat and prepare for an 11 am checkout. This was also very poorly organized as nobody wants people standing around looking at them as they are trying to eat and checkout. The clean up crew should have come after the 11 am checkout which was not a good way to end the vacation.

We sincerely regret that your stay did not meet your expectations. We strive for excellence, and we appreciate your feedback. We continue to work to reduce our concierge response times. Our property includes the services of a full time house attendant which is disclosed in the listing. She is there to provide any services and assistance that guests may require for each day during their stay. The arrival time for our house staff is 8:00 am when no guests are present, and 9:00 am when guests are in residence. This was the arrival time for the house attendant on the day of your departure, and all other days of your stay. In cases where guests prefer more privacy, and less service, we encourage them to communicate their desire for a later staff arrival. Some guests elect to do this. In your case, we were not asked to delay the attendant's arrival. Thank you very much for choosing Casa Santos Pedregal.

Wife's 50th Bday

WOW, WOW, WOW!!!! What can I say about this AMAZING Property but more importantly the hospitality team that literally catered to us our entire time! Alan, Alejandro, Mercedes, Katya, Jorge, Gabriella are ALL ROCKSTARS!! We were absolutely spoiled by these guys the entire time!! Case in point, I had sent a recipe for a Papaya Juice from the airport as we were leaving and when we arrived in the evening; Alejandro already had it made ready for us! Unbelievable! Mercedes was our Butler / Bartender and what a joy it was to have him with us the entire time! He always made sure we had a drink in hand. Whether it be coffee or a cocktail, he had us covered! Katya and Jorge were our chefs and OMG! Every request we had prior to our trip and during was carefully catered and all of our dishes were made with love!! And it showed! Gabriella handled the maid service and she was there at 7am daily to make sure the house was always spotless! Last but not least - Alan and Alejandro! These 2 are the dream team handling all the logistics and communication with them was excellent! Everyday Alejandro and or Alan were there to make sure all things went to plan. But the highlight was my Wifes Birthday Dinner. To say they ran that dinner like a French Brigade at a 5 star restaurant is an understatement! It was absolutely incredible how much they took care of us! At this point, we wouldn't want any other team with us ever moving forward! Now for the house, PERFECT!! Location, Location, Location!!
