The villa is centrally located near Nanny Cay and Soper's Marinas and West End beaches. It is is set in a park like atmosphere with lovely palm trees and gardens in a lush tropical setting fronting the sea. Beachstone House has sprawling wrap around terraces with Alfresco dining and a barbecue grill. There are chaise lounges for your pleasure. Swim, float or snorkel right from our beach. Be amazed by the sunsets, moon and the stars at night.
The villa is set 30 feet from the sea and extremely private. Be lulled to sleep by the sound of waves. See incredible views of St. John, Frenchman's Cay, Soper's Hole and the Three Sister Mountains. We are surrounded by a large wrap-around covered outside sitting area and the views are incredible.
Furnished with lots of comfortable couches and tables, outdoor living is easy and stress-free with post-card views of sunsets.
When you enter this amazing and spacious villa, you immediately come in to a fabulous great room with intense views of the sea and surrounding Islands. Your breath will be taken away.
In the great room there is a large welcoming seating area that is enough to accommodate everybody in comfort. There are comfortable couches, large flat-screen Smart TV and fiber-optics WIFI.
We have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, so you have everything you need for cooking your favorite dishes. A lovely dining area facing the sea seats 6 just perfect.
There are 3 bedrooms with beautiful linens and comfortable woven banana-leaf wick king-size beds. 'The Seaside Suite' has an inviting master-bedroom that fronts the sea with a romantic sunset view. This bedroom has its own upscale bathroom with a large window with panoramic sea views.
At the western side of the property, a 'Garden Suite' has an intimate king-size bedroom has its own open terrace/patio. The suite has its own private bathroom.
An adjacent third bedroom, the 'Courtyard Suite' is located with pretty views of the entrance garden. This bedroom has a lovely bathroom located at the end of the hallway.
All bathrooms have rain-head showers. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and are beautifully decorated with art and mirrors.
There is a circular driveway and ample parking all on flat land (easy access).

House keeping with bed linen changes and towel changes, house cleaning provided once a week. If client wishes more frequent house keeping, this can be provided at an extra charge.
