The 1100 square foot apartment (101 sq meter) is located on the Rue di Rivoli, across from the Tuileries in a refurbished 19th century building. Enjoy a variety of landmarks and French history in Quartier de la Place-Vendome!

Conveniently, there is an elevator.

It's the essence of the heart of the 'City of Light', On the corner of the famous 'Place de la Concorde', and close to the 'Champs Elysees'. Easy access to Metro Concorde line #1. One minute to the 'Rue Royale' and the 'Rue Saint Honore', the apartment faces the 'Tuileries garden' (the “Central Park” of Paris) and is within walking distance to the 'Musee d'Orsay'. A 10-minute walk to the 'Seine River'. Ten minutes from the 'Place Vendome' in the high-fashion district, home of the most prestigious jewelry stores in the world (Van Cleef and Arpel, Maubusson, Cartier, Rolex, Patek Philipp, etc...) and the 'Ritz Hotel'. It's easy to walk or catch the Metro to anything you could possibly want to see in Paris!
For the gourmet lover - the three star Michelin restaurant 'Le Meurice' is just down the street.

Instructions for getting in were clear and instructions for using the appliances were excellent and they functioned properly . The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. The entire apartment was clean and very comfortable with lots of storage space. I would definitely recommend this place for those who want quick access to some of Paris’s best attractions.

Our stay was amazing, it was everything we were looking for. It was close to so much, Easy to ck in, very spacious and clean. Close to so much and the view from the one window looking at the Eiffel Tower was amazing. Host was grate if you needed anything. Very safe location. We had our two Granddaughters with us and we felt very safe. Would recommend this VRBO if you were visiting Paris.

This is our second time staying in this apartment and if we get a chance to be in Paris again will we stay here. It was clean, beds comfortable. Natalia was helpful and answered right away when we needed help. The location is wonderful. It is so centrally located that we were able to walk everywhere and only needed a cab for the airport. I can not say enough nice things about this apartment. You will not regret staying here. Merci beaucoup

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was in an excellent location right near the Louvre, restaurants, and shopping. We had a view of Eiffel tower from the living room window. The apartment was very large and it worked perfectly for our group of four adults. The host was great. He was really easy to communicate with. He responded immediately when I reached out with questions and was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment as a place to stay when visiting Paris.

This beautiful apartment was perfect for our family vacation in Paris. The hosts were so welcoming and communicative. The property gave an ideal Paris feel, and the location could not have been better for getting around the city. The view of the Eiffel Tower was also amazing! Would highly recommend this property.

This property was extremely convenient and comfortable for two couples visiting Paris. The owner's welcome packet was extremely thorough and easy to follow. The washer and dryer were a real plus. The view of Place de la Concorde and the Eiffel Tower are priceless! The property manager was prompt and answered our questions right away. It is a great property!

Very good host, informative and helpful with check in time. The spacious apt is in an outstanding location for sightseeing in Paris, an easy walk to many museums and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the heat is nice in a chilly February.

The apartment was well appointed. The location was ideal for a group visiting city center. The best and most helpful part of the experience was the welcome information the host provided. It contained transportation option, check-in information, grocery store options, restaurant suggestions, and general apartment information. When we come back to Paris, this is where we want to stay and can't recommend enough to others.

The kitchen was very adequate with plenty of grocery stores nearby.

Wonderful apartment! It was so clean, amazingly well equipped, clean, felt like home, and perfectly located. My family and I very much enjoyed our stay with you. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches such as the bottle of wine, the bag of coffee, and the portable air conditioner unit provided as the weather was hot! Such a beautiful and historic place as well. Location is perfect... madeleines, coffee, and croissants quite literally at our doorstep, metro station a few steps away, and having the summer fair in the Tuileries garden across the street was so fun for all.But the view....I will always treasure the image of my granddaughter watching at the window for the Eiffel Tower to sparkle every night!The hosts were very kind and extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. Merci, merci beaucoup for a fabulous stay in Paris!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was the perfect combination of history and modern amenities. Loved the hardwood floors, exposed wooden beams, furniture - it was all lovely! Also loved being able to do laundry with a washer AND dryer! And the view!!! Being able to see the Eiffel Tower sparkle each evening after a long day of sight seeing was magical. The location was perfect, just steps away from the metro but far enough away from the city that it was very quiet at night and felt very safe. Natalia was so very helpful and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do the same!

Paris was beautiful this time of year. We could not have asked for better weather. The apartment was perfectly located. Good walking distance to most major sites. Taxi stand outside. Wonderful park across the street. Safe location.I loved the view of the Eiffel Tower and Obelisk. The unit a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The primary bedroom had access to a full-size shower and the other bedroom had a tub. There is an elevator available but we did not really use it much. We loved our stay and will be back.

It was a beautiful historic building. Not a modern apartment, but oh, so much character!The two bathrooms were beautiful. One bedroom was a suite with an attached bathroom. The other bathroom was separate. I read other reviews stating that the bathrooms didn't have doors, only a curtain, and that's true, but the "family" bathroom is down a long hallway where the washer/dryer are located. So, privacy wasn't an issue with us. And most of all... we were pleasantly surprised that the location was an amazing as promised. The metro was just across the street. A fabulous madeleine bakery was literally down stairs and our favorite restaurant a block away. We sat by the window often, just people watching and catching the Eifel tower light show at the top of the hour.

Lovely spacious apartment with view if Eiffel Tower in central location 1 minute from Concorde metro. We all loved it and apartment was well equipped for a lovely stay. Host is also very friendly and provided a good summary guide to the area and local shops and restaurants

The Paris apartment was perfect in every way! Communication with our host was timely and complete. The apartment was immaculate and roomier than expected. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well equipped. And the location could not have been better. We were able to visit so many sites by foot. The playground in the Tuileries Garden across the street was wonderful for the 7 and 9 year old girls in our group. Merci!

great location

The experience was great. The week we were there there was a heat wave according to locals, and we felt the discomfort from the lack of air conditioning, however, Natalia , without even being asked, brought us fans which helped us through the night. Location was good, communication was easy and because of the stairs we were able to indulge in more food with less guilt!highly recommend.

Great location

This is a sweet apartment with fantastic view in a great area. Had everything we needed for our stay. Furniture is a little dated but it worked just fine for us. (The 2nd bedroom is in a separate room not open like the photo.) We were very happy with it. The host responds promptly too.

Nothing could be better than this

Spacious, comfortable and cozy place in a safe, quiet neighborhood in the center of the city. This is located across from Tuiilerie and Place de Concorde and the Eiffel Tower visible out of third floor window. Hosts were available and helpful. You can’t imagine a better Paris flat.
