Ny liste! North Cape San Blas, kun få skridt til vandkanten!

Coast Away, bygget i 2016, er en hævet ranch hjem med alle soveværelserne og boligareal på et enkelt niveau.  Layoutet giver alle fordelene ved et hjem med flere niveauer, minus udfordringerne ved ekstra trapper.  Det blander en fantastisk udsigt, rummelige samlingsområder og nem adgang til alle levende områder.

Hovedniveauet indeholder et rummeligt køkken, spiseplads og alrum.  Spisebordet pladser 6, med plads til 3 mere på køkkenøen. Køkkenet er fyldt med prep og betjener faciliteter samt rustfrit apparater, herunder rækkevidde, mikroovn, opvaskemaskine og side ved side køleskab med icemaker.

Værelset er rummeligt og luftigt med hvælvede lofter, og åbner til en stor afskærmet veranda og dæk, hvor der er en propan grill. Der er en konge master suite; en dronning gæsteværelse og et andet gæsteværelse med to enkeltsenge. Disse værelser deler et bad, og hver har tv.  

I stueetagen er der parkering til op til 5 biler; en udendørs bruser og en fisk rengøring bænk og vask.

Du har kun en kort gåtur til vandkanten, hvor skallerne er rigelige og fisket kan ikke være beat!

What a beautiful home with direct access to the beach!! We especially enjoyed the amazing sunsets and time spent on the screened in porch. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Donna was awesome to work with. We are already looking to book again at the same time next year!

The home was in a great location, just steps away from the beach. Gorgeous views and the convenience of being right on the beach was great. The house was a bit more rundown than its price suggested. One of the guest bedrooms didn’t cool down at all, even with running the ac constantly, and the ceiling fan in there was so loud we couldn’t use it. The back sliding doors were nearly impossible to slide open, even for adults. Other than that, it was a good stay…there just needs to be some repairs made.

Unfortunately, guests occasionally make adjustments to homes without our knowledge. We had a professional HVAC service review the home and returned the vents to their intended (balanced) setting. The bedroom is cooling well. Those doors work just fine. They are simply made of extra thick "hurricane" glass and require a little extra push. Not much we can do about that. Overall this home is in excellent condition and does not reflect anything other than very minor use/wear. "Rundown" is a gross slander of this beautiful property. It is well maintained and in excellent condition. The price you paid was actually discounted to accommodate your budget. It was an excellent deal for that time of year. We love feedback, but only when it is accurate and constructive.

Family getaway

The location of Coast Away was great! The home was clean and well stocked. Grandparents, parents and children all had a wonderful time. We definitely recommend this home as a perfect getaway for the family.

This is a simple, single story beach front home. It's hard to find anything this new, close to the beach and sized right for a smaller group. Coastaway fill that niche!

Many homes are beach front, but Coastaway is truly "on" the beach. For those looking for the feeling of escape and relaxation, it's hard to beat the experience here. You will be emersed in gulf breezes, warm sand, sunsets and starry nights. Be Our Guest again soon, Suzanne!

Coast Away is outstanding. Given it's smaller size (compared to many others), amazing views, close proximity to the beach and comfortable layout and furnishings it is perfect for your beach vacation with a smaller group.

Coastaway in May

The house is nicely furnished and comfortable. We have enjoyed staying there several times. The only complaints about the property are that the front bedroom with the queen sized bed doesn't get good air conditioning, so it's quite warm. And the mattress in that bedroom is a little mushy. Otherwise, everything was great!

This is one of our favorite homes also. This new home was designed to be spacious, but all on the same level. It is directly "ON" the beach and includes a screened porch, fish cleaning station and wonder finishes.

Best Beach House Ever

Amazing property, amazing service! First, the location is perfect. Right on the beach, powder sugar sand, gentle waves, phenomenal sunsets. The home is immaculate. Don’t know how they do this considering, you know, sand. Well equipped, lots of room. The managers were super responsive. Class act all around. Perfect for a family with children that just love being at the beach, we do. Be back soon.

Second stay

Second time here. Love this house and it’s proximity to the beach; steps away is true! Beautifully decorated and comfortable (Master bed mattress needs replacing-uncomfortable) New grill this year , but tiny and difficult to use for 5 of us. Bring BBQ utensils as everything in the kitchen is plastic. Last year the place was spotless on arrival-this year not so much.

Elizabeth, we appreciate the feedback and have addressed all concerns. We are ALWAYS available to remedy these type of issues immediately and take all of them very seriously. This is truly a five star home and deserves recognition for all the amazing finishes, decor, amenities, views and service that make it such. We take great pride in our cleaning practices and attention to detail. Occasionally, things do get missed, but we always correct them on the spot if we are alerted to them. As far as the mattress is concerned, we inspected it and it's in great shape. From our experience, mattresses are like pillows and everyone has their preference. Maybe a mattress topper is the way to go next time. Please let us know in advance of your stay and we will gladly coordinate something that meets your expectation!

Boardwalk steps are incompatible for older people . Last step is 2 feet from the sand. Code is 7 inches. My wife was unable to use the boardwalk safely.

Sorry for the inconvenience. As we discussed during your stay, the weather the night before washed out the sand at the end of your dune walk and we have now added steps to the new level. There were two alternate beach access points within 50 yards of the home which offered unencumbered access. We hope you will come see us again soon!

It is just steps from the beach and the house has a wonderful floor plan. It was spring break time and we loved how the area was not too crowded. Loved the screen porch and the wonder sunsets from the deck. Donna was quick to respond to all my questions. The booking & checking in was a smooth process. We would love to come here again.

There were more houses around us than I expected, so there were more people than I expected. Unfortunately, the weather was quite stormy most of the time we were there, so we didn't get as much beach time as hoped for. Over all the experience was pretty good. The food was fantastic. Longbills, Sweet Bunz, Uptown and Krazyfish are a must to visit.
