We contacted pest control as soon as we received your report, and they responded one day later. We regret hearing that this was your experience and want to let you know it is never our intention to disappoint any of our guests. We know that this does not change your experience, but a recent deep clean was done on this unit. A deep clean is usually scheduled after the season due to the influx of bookings we get during the busy periods. Deep cleans can take several days to complete and are usually scheduled in advance.
