Ann, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your kind words about the location. Our apologies for the inconvenience with the bunk bed. Our maintenance team has promptly resolved the issue for future stays. We hope to welcome you back soon for an improved experience. Sincerely, Benchmark Management!

Hello Courtney! We do apologize for any errors in the clean. Our standard process is to be notified of any issues, and send out housekeeping immediately. It is certainly no excuse, but human error does exist in any industry, and we are more than willing to correct ourselves. Based on our notes, your group did not want anyone in the unit and preferred to clean it yourselves. As our team did not have a chance to correct any mistakes, we do not find it fair to our staff or our owners to provide a refund when our services were declined. That all being said, we are glad to know that you were satisfied with our solutions to the extent that you did extend your stay with us. We would love for you to stay with us again, as we would really love to show you a better example of our service. We hope that you find it in your heart to give us another chance. Kind regards, Benchmark Management

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback Lori. We are glad you found the condo clean, updated, spacious, and loved the fantastic location near the private beach access. However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the dryer, kitchen supplies, and the noise from the unit above. We also regret that our response and follow-up on maintenance and towel requests did not meet your expectations. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. We will review your concerns with our team to ensure better communication and resolution in the future. We appreciate your loyalty as a returning guest and are grateful for your honest input, which helps us improve. We hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us on your next visit. Regards, Benchmark Management

Hi Kathryn, thanks for staying with us at this property, We also thank you for your positive cleaning remarks as we truly do our best to prepare these properties for guest arrival. We are so sorry to hear that you did not have the best of neighbors and that the pool was overcrowded. We also apologize for the inconvenience of the smell. Please note however that this was not brought to our attention during the stay. We would have sent someone from the team to make necessary checks and try to resolve the issue. In regards to the WiFi, please note that although most of our properties have access to the internet, the service is not guaranteed as it is provided by an outside vendor. Whenever guests are faced with internet issues, we try our best to troubleshoot and /or call the relevant company. We are happy to hear that despite the aforementioned issues; you had a great time. We hope we can welcome you again soon for another lovely vacation experience. Regards, Benchmark Management

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We can all agree that September and October in 30A is the most beautiful time of year with the weather. We look forward to hosting your family again soon. Benchmark Management
