Beautiful place and great location! The elevator was out of order which isn’t ideal for getting luggage up. There were no extra trash bags. And the full size bed is hard as a cement floor. Overall a great place to stay, and we enjoyed ourselves!

Very nice property!! Homey and spacious and well stocked! Gorgeous view of the ocean and the quickest walk to the beach just across the street.

I had my 90 old father with me and the north elevator went out. He uses a walker and no way he could walk to the 3rd floor. I called several numbers and finally some guy called me back told me the part to the elevator was on back order. There was nothing he could do. After an hour of sitting in a hot car, the elevator magically started working. The condo’s carpet was dirty, the shower doors will not close all the way. The coffee maker didn’t work. The condo is large and decorated great but this place needs a lot of work.

The condo was spacious for the 5of us! It was super clean and comfy with a great view of the Atlantic! It was a short walk across the street to the beach.

Family birthday celebration

We have stayed here several times and always love it. The size of the condominium is perfect and the location is one of the best for Fernandina Beach.

Wonderful Stay

Condo is spacious, well furnished and very secure, has an amazing unblocked view of the ocean and convenient to everything. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Great location and amenities!

We have stayed here before and will definitely be back! Super clean, great amenities and easy check in/out! This time, the condo was decorated in a pumpkin/fall theme which made our Thanksgiving dinner perfect! Very thoughtful owner has stocked spice cabinet, shampoo/conditioner/soap and lots of other touches that make staying here easy!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The elevator puts you right at the front door to the condo. Beach right across the street. The condo was exactly as described but better! Such a cute place! We will definitely be back!

Great condo and great location!

The condo was perfect for our group of 6. It was especially nice with the elevator to the unit for the elderly in the group and for luggage. The view of the beach was wonderful. The unit was clean and had a good supply of cooking tools. We had a wonderful vacation on Amelia Island and would definitely rent this unit again.

Wonderful!

Rented this condo for a relaxing girls weekend and it was just that! Perfect location! 7 minutes from downtown, right next to Salt Life restaurant and the view was incredible! And felt very safe with the security measures! Already talking about coming back next year!

Top notch

Check in & out was super simple through text/email. The unit was very clean with adequate kitchen supplies/utensils. The location was perfect for our group. There is room on the balcony for 5 easily, maybe 6. We aren’t strangers to Amelia Island and this condo was top notch.

Fernandina Beach Vacation

Two issues, first we were not able to check in at 4pm as the advertising stated. Second we needed better directions as to how to get into the building. Overall it is a very nice unit and location. Thank you.

Great Location

This is a beautiful condo at a great location. It has plenty of room for my family of 6. The only suggestion I have is to have 2 keys to the outside door facing the beach. That door stays locked so everybody has to come from the beach at the same time or go up three flights of stairs to get to the condo. Just an inconvenience really.. Enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next year.
