Property was excellent, the beds were too firm for us so we bought additional toppers for them, other than that everything was exceptionally good. Walking distance to the beach and also food options.

Great location

Nicely decorated condo, right across from the beach! Couple restaurants, park and gas station within walking distance, everything else a close drive. Just a lovely area of FL!

Location is perfect. Directly across the street from the Fernandina Main Beach. Great view from the porch.Plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to downtown Fernandina.Love having a designated parking space in the garage. Easy unloading and loading from the elevator to the car.Nice having the additional garage entrancefrom street so we can shower off and clean our beach chairs at the end of the day.And of course, nice pool for refreshing swims.We couldn’t have been happier.

Enjoyed our trip! The unit was clean and a great location. We had everything we needed for dishes, utensils, towels, blankets, etc. Only wish the beds were more comfortable. Such a perfect location, and nicely decorated. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, downtown Fernandina, groceries and more.

Great location for walking ot the beach, Sandbar and Salt Life. Also ideal for bike ride to town. Secured garage was great for bikes. Roomy condo with plenty of room to spread out.

Wonderful Stay

My family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have four kids ranging from 8 to 16 and all enjoyed their stay. There were family games and cooking utensils so it made eating in very easy. There was plenty of space for everyone. The only issue I had at the beginning was getting the codes to enter the doors. But when I asked questions, the response was very quick! So it worked out! I would highly recommend staying here. It’s super close to the beach and to everything Fernandina.

Perfect location

Amelia Island is wonderful and this place is in the perfect location. Incredibly maintained and had the best sunrise view.

Great family place

We enjoyed the property immensely. It was the perfect place for the grandparents, parents and granddaughters of our family. The kids loved the proximity to beach and playground.
