Welcome to beautiful ocean views in sunny Poipu where you can watch the waves breaking at Brennecke’s Beach from the comfort of your home! Our condo has one of the best views in Kahala at Poipu Kai and is located on the greenbelt walking path with easy access to nearby restaurants and several beaches. The short walk to Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach Park will take 5-10 minutes and Shipwreck’s Beach at The Grand Hyatt is a 10 minute walk. You will know you are in Hawaii the moment you step foot in our unit and see the palm trees swaying, feel the ocean breeze and experience one of Poipu’s epic sunsets from the lanai.

Our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit is on the top (third) floor and has vaulted ceilings and a lanai with sweeping ocean views. Please note there is no elevator. The bedroom has a new CA King Tempurpedic medium firm bed. There is air conditioning in the bedroom while the rest of the unit has windows that allow for excellent trade winds. Additionally, there is a queen pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room should you desire 2 beds. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make you feel right at home and there are several Weber grills for your use throughout the property. When you are not out and about exploring Kauai, you will enjoy relaxing at our condo and taking in the beautiful ocean views!
Lastly, you have access to two pools on property as well as the Poipu Kai Tennis Courts.

Our condo is 100% owner operated meaning we personally take care of everything from cleaning to management of the property. We live on island and will be able to assist immediately should you have questions throughout your stay!
