Check-ins are generally between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-outs are before 11:00 AM.
Supplements for late arrivals :
- Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: €30 surcharge.
- After 10:00 PM: €50 surcharge.
- No entry is possible after 11:00 PM.

Departure Day : Final cleaning is included. We simply ask you to leave the accommodation in a suitable condition, ensuring that you wash the dishes and dispose of all your waste. Thank you.

Excellent location close to metro and lots of fantastic food options - restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets. Check in process and property information excellent. Main areas for improvement - bed in second room quite hard/uncomfortable. Small and not greatly effective evaporative aircon unit. Bar underneath apartment had loud music for one night of our 5 night stay only, which we did expect given the clear property instructions but might be important to note for some people.

Great place! Spacious, good location and more than enough pots& pans. Two Metro lines at door and large grocery store around corner. Excellent pastries nearby.The door to apartment gave me a bit of a challenge as it was fidgety to get open.

This apartment is extremely pleasant and well stocked. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is lovely. Everything was as expected and we were most impressed with our check-in with Mickael. We were there for four nights, and three of them were quiet and peaceful, but we had one night of a huge party in the bar below the apartment, which kept the people sleeping in the living room and front bedroom awake until the wee hours in the morning. Nevertheless, we would highly recommend this listing.

Fantastic stay! The location was excellent, the apartment was so charming and spacious, the beds comfortable and the hosts were incredibly helpful and kind. Catching a car out front was a breeze and the innumerable restaurants, stores and cafes a few steps from the apartment all lent themselves to a wonderful experience for us.

Fabulous apartment! Super close to the metro and lots of restaurants. Was a bit loud on Fri and Sat night from the bar downstairs, but didn’t bother us at all. We were so exhausted from touring all day and the beds were soooooo comfortable that we all slept great every night. Would stay here again!

Host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Check in was easy and host allowed us to drop bags early. Location is perfect as it's right at a metro stop so travel around the city was a breeze. Apartment is as shown in photos.

The perfect stay

The Blue House was the perfect Parisian stay. The apartment was exactly what we were hoping for in an old building, on a beautiful street and very central to markets, restaurants and the metro. Mickael and Yohann were extremely helpful and made our first stay in Paris one to remember!

The apartment was ideally located and next to the metro. The layout of the bedrooms left a lot to be desired. The bed in the front bedroom was a queen size bed and squished against the wall on one side the other side butted up to the door way into the room. So there was no side table available to put water, book, device…nothing. The other bedroom had a queen bed and was placed in a manner that left little room to walk around the bed or to put your luggage. There was a small side closet but when opened, it had other things in It and it was difficult to put anything in there. The bathroom was meh… the base of the shower was literally 12” off the floor. It wasn’t an issue for either one of us, but I can say that there is nothing to really hold onto when getting into the shower and there were no anti-slip decals on the shower floor and it was very slick. There would’ve been no way we could have brought our Mom if she had decided to come. No way! The key to the front door was awful to use to unlock. The man that greeted us was lovely and he spent extra time to help us to open the door with the key. I never got the hang of it, thankfully, my sister did! All in all, we felt there was too many negative things for the amount we paid. So we will probably look somewhere else when we return. Know that the customer service was lovely. Both when onboarding us and when responding to our requests.

Great location and spacious place

This is a great apartment for Paris! Right next to the metro. Lots of space. Would definitely stay again. Only wish we had been told about the renovations in the hall as the fumes were not pleasant.

Mickal was very helpful with check-in. It was a lovely apartment and SO close to the metro. That was wonderful! The shower was lovely and much appreciated after a long day of sight seeing. I recommend the apartment.

Great location, comfortable and welcoming

Wonderful place. The two bedroom flat is exactly as described. The place was clean, roomy, and had all the amenities throughout. The beds were comfortable and the shower worked very well with plenty of hot water for a family of four that has two older teens. The kitchen was great will plenty of supplies, we cooked 1 meal every day of our stay. Washing machine was very handy, it’s small but does the trick. Noise was not a problem for our Sunday to Thursday booking. Don’t hesitate to book this property.

Great central Location! Great flat!

We were a group of 4- 2 daughters/ 2 Mothers . Property manager Yohann was very helpful before and throughout our visit to Paris. The location was great and flat was perfect: clean , with new furniture , bathrooms, kitchen etc. . We were close to the metro and in walking distance to most everything! We used Uber as well which we found reasonable with good service. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you for the hospitality!

Trip with our adult son

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The pictures do not do justice to how charming and spacious it is. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and well appointed. Right outside your door are wonderful restaurants, bakeries, shops and a metro stop. The check-in process was smooth and Mickael was so gracious and helpful in settling us in at the property and giving us tips for the area. Communication with Yohan was swift and easy. We would DEFINITELY rent this apartment again.

Great location and value

Everything was smooth and as-advertised. Lots of day-to-day essentials provided and Monoprix was a few steps away for anything else we needed. Neighborhood was right in the center of shops and restaurants. We felt very safe in a secured building. The water pressure in the shower was awesome, but there is a large step up to the shower that could be difficult for someone less agile. Biggest drawbacks was the late night noise from the bar underneath the unit. Was quite loud from the larger bedroom but apparently not from the smaller bedroom. On the other hand, the larger bedroom had great wifi reception and the smaller bedroom didn't get any wifi so my teenager had to be in the living room to get wifi. As the parent of an introvert, I considered that a plus. :-)
