We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The kitchen and living area was huge, great far our large group. Very good location for local attractions and not far from the beach. The resort style pool in the neighborhood was awesome and we enjoyed it several times. Definitely recommend this place.

Great place for a Family vacation.

Stayed here for a family vacation with another family. The neighborhood pool was a huge hit, and the golf cart made getting to the beach and downtown super fun and convenient. There were 10 of us and it was plenty big for all of us.

Family Vacation in Santa Rosa, FL

The home we rented was even better than we anticipated. There was plenty of room, clean conveniently located. The plunge pool was enjoyable and It's just a short walk to the community pool that was amazing. With the use of the golf cart we were able to go to the beach daily. Thank you for a great week. Each year we take a family vacation and this could be a property that we visit again soon.Thanks againRiggio Family

Beautiful Home

Our family/extended family of 13 enjoyed our stay very much in this beautiful home! The house was extremely clean, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked. We had everything we could need! The room layouts and the added space/kitchen upstairs felt like a bonus. The small pool in the backyard was perfect for our small children to splash around in first thing in the morning while adults moved a bit slower ;-) The large pool on property was not heated, but seemed to warm up after a couple sunny days. The golf cart was a wonderful addition and it made the trip into town very quick and convenient. The beaches in this area are absolutely stunning. It was our first time to Santa Rosa and I can almost guarantee we'll be back again. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for making our first trip to this part of Florida very enjoyable.

Very nice inviting stay

We had a large family vacation and this house was wonderful. There is a lot of space including many rooms and beds. The place was very clean upon arrival. The owners quickly respond upon contact. We had four different cars there and everyone came from different directions so a few of us got down there early. The owners had the house ready and kindly allowed us to check in early which made it easier so everyone wasn’t coming in at one time. The beach is a short ride from the house and the golf cart provided is great. Had to make a few trips to get everyone to the beach but at the end of the trip there was no sand in any of our cars. The subdivision pool is awesome. It’s really large giving plenty of room for all visitors. Never been to Santa Rosa beach but enjoyed its calm “not touristy” area. Beaches are beautiful white sand. As you can tell we had a nice time and would stay there again.

Wonderfully Blessed

Property was as listed. We rented this home because our condo was gutted and we could not stay there. We were very impressed with this house and worked out wonderfully for our kids, grandkids and nephew. There was always enough space and we never felt like we were on top of each other! One of the HVAC'S went out late one night. The property manager had someone in there the next day to repair. Our week started off with pretty rough weather, but we love to play games so that worked well. We met the neighbor next door and they were so friendly. Due to heavy rains there was lots standing water on his property and some on this property. He hooked up his sump pump and it was cleared out in no time. He came over before he did this and made sure we were ok with it. Of course we were. We did get several days at the beach. The beach was really crowded and had lots of restrictions. There was not a lot of space for tents, but after the tent space was taken, they would not allow any more on the beach. The beach was a small section due to deeded beach access on both sides. This beach has a lifeguards which is nice. We loved being there with our family which was the most important!!l. We enjoyed the neighborhood pool!

Satisfied Customer

Really enjoyed our week at Santa Rosa Beach staying in this House. Had a few small issues that owner resolved quickly which was very helpful. I would recommend this rental property for any large group. Beach access easy to get to. Very quite area, beautiful pool too.
