Location Location Location! This is a private gated community of 4 houses located exactly between Manuel Antonio national park and the town of Quepos. It is 3-4 minutes to either. It is on top of a nice sized hill and there are several ocean views on the property. There is a public bus stop across the street that can bring you to the Manuel Antonio national park and beach cheaply if you don't want to drive, and there are tons of coffee houses and restaurants within walking distance!

Roomy, clean home

Loved the place. Plenty of space. Only negative was traffic noise. Home is right on main road.

This is a house to stay at if you want to be walking distance to all the food places and stores in Manuel Antonio, but we have other places that are super isolated as well. Depends on what you are looking for :)

Place was even more spectacular than photos. Fabian was amazing at helping with all transportation needs.

We had a nice stay. The house is lovely and within walking distance to town. The walking path is on a busy road with uneven path, so be cautious if walking. The back patio of the house and shared pool area are lovely. The owner and property manager were accessible and helpful. Unfortunately, the house sits very close (25 feet?) from a very busy road. Be aware, cars were zooming by day and night which made falling asleep a challenge, especially for ghose in the road-side bedroom.

Dang, this is the best place in Manuel Antonio if you want to get to everything without a car as we are right in the middle of all the stores and restaurants. There is also alot of wildlife as Manuel Antonio is not a city. But yes during the day there is some noise just because we are so close to everything.

Great place and great service

The house is nice, well equipped and bigger than expected. There are just a few units so very comfortable. Close to stores and other facilities. Andres was extremely attentive. Go to the National Park! Nice and easy hikes, beautiful beaches.

Confortable, safe and clean house

The guard was attentive to welcome us. Easy access to the house. Very clean, spacious and peaceful. From the living room windows have a view to the ocean. The pool clean and well maintain. Large porch for family entertainment. I love my stay. Great location!!

Recent Destination Wedding

We stayed at this property for a week linked to a wedding at a nearby villa. The property was even nicer than it appeared on line, and the floorplan was nicely laid out and functional. It was very clean and the staff was attentive and helpful. We also booked some local excursions through the rental. The property is nicely located to other attractions and things to do and see. We had a rental car, and getting in and out was very convenient.

Villa was spacious, clean and in a great location for walking to eating places. Property was lush and well maintained. Wonderful for photography. Nice view from the pool up above. Public bus was the best. Only problem - I booked a year in advance, and had major difficulty trying to convince manager to honor orig. price as when booked.

Perfect for a group

Clean, comfortable, spacious, great AC, well maintained house and grounds. Comfortable beds and pillows. Kids loved the pool. Nice little porch for hanging out and grilling. Walking distance to restaurants, yoga studio, sed shops. Our host was Fabian and he was incredibly responsive. We were two families with kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The bedroom on the street side was noisy, which seemed to be the only downside.

Great communication

At the last minute we had to change location of where we were staying, there was a problem from the booking side. However there was great communication with what happened and Jason quickly took us to our new location. This second location was above and beyond the one we had originally booked. We appreciated that they acknowledged the lapse and we ultimately had a wonderful time!

Perfect for a group or family

The property was very centrally located, right off the main road which was convenient for dining and accessing supers but also made it very noisy with traffic. The house was big and clean and very comfortable. Super strong AC. WiFi was good but didn’t reach to all rooms. The pool was beautiful but is shared by multiple houses/apts on the property (we weren’t aware of this when we booked). Martin, the night guard, was wonderful. Property manager Jose speaks fluent English but the two guards/maintenance men only speak Spanish (was not a problem for us but could be if you don’t speak any Spanish). Overall we loved the property and our experience in MA. Would definitely come back!

Perfect stay in Manuel Antonio

This was the perfect property for my family. The 9 of us (6 adults and 3 kids) easily fit into the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom configuration (common space also had 2 beds) and could have probably fit a few more. The location is great. You can walk to supermarket, restaurants and cafes or go to taxi stand to get a ride somewhere (there's also parking on property if you have a rental). Jose was the best concierge, responding to any questions any time of day. He helped us get rides and excursions whenever we asked for one, often at the last minute and was always available. On top of getting the house cleaned every day, the cleaning crew would also pick up out laundry. Getting laundry done daily was a game changer! The three kids loved the pool and could have easily spent all their time there and were even able to spot some monkeys from there. We would recommend this property to anyone heading to Manuel Antonio and would definitely stay there again.

We are walking distance to a ton of amazing places to eat and some small grocery stores! There is also a beach bus that passes by every 20 minutes if you want to go to the beach and not worry about the parking down by the beach.
