'Father of the Tide' is what we call this fantastic oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a king size bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room, has two full bathrooms and a full modern kitchen with granite. This isn't a hotel room, this is a home! If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!



The Space:

Location! Location! Location! Thrills awaits you at this ground-floor, 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental condo in Lincoln City. The condo could not be closer to the beach. The private bedroom/bathroom has a king bed. The kitchen is equipped with all you need. Numerous quality food options within walking/short driving distance.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.

Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
