The apartment is small, but confortable, Frederick is a very nice, responsive host. The apartment is located very close to the Halles/Châtelet metro station making getting around on the metro very convenient. The entire area is very active with Bars and restaurants, as well as shops big and small.I will happily rent it again when I return to Paris next year.

The location is fantastic, Frédéric is a very attentive host, and the air conditioning was a life saver given the extreme heat when we visited Paris.

This was a wonderful experience! The apartment was situated in the perfect location for all of our activities, and the local neighborhood had so many cute places to eat and shop! I would stay here again and again . The owner was constantly in contact and available for any questions we had. Nothing was lacking.

We had a wonderful week in Paris, the location of this apartment is central and perfectly located for walking to so many places, shops and cafes. The charming balcony gave us excellent views of the street, on which there was a market twice a week, and the park. We appreciated the air conditioning and, although the apartment is small, it was clean and accomodated the three of us easily. Our host was very responsive and he kept in contact to help with our stay. In all, a terrific place to stay!

A great location close to lots of activities, and an active community with lots of nearby restaurants. One of the best times was sitting in our patio, 6th floor, glass of wine in hand enjoying the view of the neighbourhood. A fully equipped kitchen, but I cook at home and this is Paris,so we opted for great meals on the local patios, but did have a few snacks, cheese, charcuterie on the patio as well. The host was very responsive to any questions and suggestions, as he lives in the same building. Try to be around for the Sunday market on the street for the many food options, available. Ready to eat or cook yourself, seafood in particular.

The apartment was in the perfect location with tons of restaurants nearby as well as transportation to all the desirable locations. We really enjoyed the balcony and the AC since it was in the 90s when we visited. Frédéric was such a gracious host and responded immediately to all of my questions. We would definitely book again.

The host was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and water pressure in shower was great. We really just used the apt to sleep and shower and it was great for that.

Location was absolutely wonderful and very close to a metro stop to get anywhere in the city. The view from the balcony was picked ask, looking out to the church across the street.

A wonderful stay for 2 adults and 2 teens. Fantastic location, lots of room, amazing view from the balcony, great water pressure/temperature. Frédéric was a great communicator and host. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Clean apartment. Our family of four really enjoyed staying here. The host Frederic was available to answer any questions we had and we also went to a few places that he recommended which was very helpful. Would absolutely recommend!

Cozy apartment in a vibrant neighborhood. Perfect for a family of 5. Many attractions within easy walking distance (Louvre, Notre Dame) and close to a metro / train stop for the airport, Monmarte, the Eiffel Tower, and Versailles.

We really loved this apartment! It’s on the 6th floor, with great views from the balcony. You really feel you are in Paris!! It’s within easy walking distance of so many sights, shopping and restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed—well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of storage. We just loved coming “home” to it every evening. The owner, Frederic, was very responsive and super helpful. I would love to stay here again. Merci!

Frederic was great to work with - his communication is prompt and helpful. He gave us suggestions for his favorite restaurants too! The location is perfect -- very walkable to many of the main attractions in Paris. As he describes in his overview of the place, it is very close to a historic church that is so beautiful and amazing! Keep in mind that the church bells go off on the hour and half hour. It's actually a very beautiful sound, and they don't start until (I think) 8 in the morning and end at 10 at night. Can you get a nice hotel room for the same price? Yeah, probably, but not with this location, and it won't have a fridge, kitchen, or washer/dryer. BTW the washer/dryer does NOT dry very well at all. We had to hang our clothes overnight to get them dry. It wasn't a big deal, but just be aware. Frederic is a great host, super nice guy, and very helpful!

We loved this apartment in the heart of Paris. So many things close by and enjoying the balcony was just the best! The process to check in and out was so smooth, the host very communicative. Very clean! We loved the espresso machine and appreciated the fridge. The skylights added so much light to the space and made it dark for good sleep. The beds were very comfortable! Proximity to metro, cute park, shops and restaurants all around. We would love to stay here again on our next trip. Very comfortable for our family of 3 but family of 4 would be comfortable too. Highly recommend!

Location to the Metro made it easy to move about the city.Instructions from the host were clear, with great detail. The host’s efforts to help us find the apartment along with explanations on how to enjoy the apartment’s amenities was greatly appreciated!Loved the balcony. The area had many places to eat and buy groceries, too.It was quiet and the elevator was extremely useful. I would recommend it to friends and we’d stay there again.

Frederic was such a great host, and the apartment was everything that my family needed for our stay. The location was amazing - such a beautiful view from the balcony and unbelievable cafes all around us! And the location can't be beat; easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend!
