Come unwind in our one-of-a-kind Treehouse getaway. Located more than 1/4 Mile off the county road, you will only hear the birds chirping as you sit on one of your 3 covered patios taking in the beauty of the surrounding hardwoods and ferns. Just 6 minutes to Ohiopyle State Park and under 20 minutes to Frank Lloyd Wrights Falling Water and 8 Minutes to FLW’s Kentuck Knob, Laurel Caverns and Lady Luck Casino.

Enjoy a morning hike on our mile long private hiking trail that will take you across a clear mountain stream, into the canopies of the mountain laurels and through a rock garden boulder field. Take a dip in the hot tub to relax after a long hike.
Note* Owners have one outside security camera at parking area. Sorry NO PETS.

House was clean and ready for us to stay. The hot tub was warmed up already. They had a little birthday message for my daughter and a balloon. Very cute.

The owners truly thought of everything. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed—like we were guests, not just renters. Every detail, from the thoughtful design and architecture to the carefully chosen amenities and personal touches, made the space feel special and inviting. Robert communicated clearly and kindly before, during, and after our stay, which made everything effortless and added to the feeling that he truly cared about our experience.My wife and I were taking a rare break from our three kids, and the treehouse was the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and breathe. It felt peaceful, private, and incredibly cozy. We loved exploring the trails behind the cabin, skiing at Seven Springs, and hiking to Fallingwater and Cucumber Falls during our two-night stay.The hot tub was a highlight—quiet, relaxing, and the perfect way to end the day. Helen’s at Seven Springs was an incredible dining experience (make a reservation), and Bittersweet was a wonderful local café for a warm, comforting breakfast.This place gave us exactly what we needed. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already talking about when we can come back.

We had a great time at the treehouse. We've already booked again for next year! Our kids loved discovering all of the gnomes and the hiking trail. We all enjoyed the hot tub, especially in the snow. The cabin is fully stocked with anything you may need and was clean. Can't wait to return!

All the amenities and more ! Attention to detail and comfort. Cabin is beautiful. Proximity to all things outdoors, including amazing trails right on the property ! Don't miss those. They provided better snacks than I brought !!

Exceptional accommodations! The owners provided so many surprises for us to enjoy. We had snacks, beverages and s’mores! We had a fun time finding gnomes in their enchanted forest. Although it was raining the entire time we were there, we relaxed on the covered decks and used the provided binoculars to search for wildlife. The trial was well marked. I only made it to the bridge because of foot injuries. However, my husband continued in and explored the area even in the rain. The beds are comfortable and all decorated with care and comfort. Great location to explore Kentuck Knob, Falling Water, Laurel Caverns, and the Historic Summit Inn. Highly recommend !

The treehouse was amazing! We loved our stay! Bob and Nina provided local beers to taste, complimentary koozies, coffee, snacks, s'mores, firewood, towels for the hot tub, and personal touches in the treehouse welcoming my husband and I to their treehouse. The bathroom is on the first floor and 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. TVs in the living room area and main bedroom. The 2nd bedroom had loft bunkbeds with some really cute steps to climb up and in. There are balconies off each bedroom and first floor to view the outdoors and wildlife from all angles. I loved the first floor balcony for coffee in the morning. The seating area for the firepit is underneath the first floor balcony. I would imagine this would be a great cover from rain/snow, but we had beautiful weather while we were there. There is a dry space underneath the treehouse to store campfire wood. The fire globe was beautiful and made our evening perfect for enjoying a few beers by the fire. We did not use the hot tub during our stay, but there is separate patio where the hot tub is located giving a 365 view of the outdoors and wildlife while enjoying the hot tub. There are gnomes throughout the property and a little gnome hunt. If our 7 year old niece was there, I'm sure she'd have us busy looking around for all the gnomes. Definitely a great way to get the kiddos off their phones, exploring, and enjoying nature.We were able to see quite a few deer during our stay. We will be back!

Absolutely amazing. The attention to detail for this treehouse was beyond our expectations. From the scent of cedar wood throughout the place to cute little knomes surrounding the property. Will definitely be back probably in the winter to take in the stars. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway.

Bob and Nina purchased this 40 acre tract of land in 2005 and built their home on the southern side of the property. They have slowly cleared and developed the property with a unique hiking trail and stream crossing to enjoy all of what their property has to offer. In 2018 they decided that they wanted to share this beautiful sanctuary with others by building a unique space that they could offer guests on a weekly rental basis. They decided that a Treehouse would offer the most unique experience and allow their guest to truly experience nature. Due to the unique nature of the project and the design and permitting process...it was lengthy to say the least and Bob (a former custom home builder) and Nina started construction in the summer of 2020. The treehouse was completed in June of 2021. The Treehouse is truly magical....and they can not wait to share their space and property with their guests. The property consists of a full kitchen, one full bath with shower, large living room with vaulted ceiling, and two bedrooms (both of which are on the 2nd floor),

You won't find a more unique space to relax in the Laurel Highlands. One of the few treehouses in the area that is actually supported by trees. You will be nestled in the hard woods and overlook a mountain stream valley filled with ferns and mountain laurels and have the opportunity to explore the property on your own private hiking trail. Almost all of the furniture was built by the owner and every small detail was thought of to make your experience one that won't be forgotten.

The property is centrally located close to everything in the Laurel Highlands. 6 minutes to Ohiopyle (PA's Largest State Park), 9 Minutes to Frank Lloyd Writes Kentuck Knob, 19 Minutes to Frank Lloyd Writes Fallingwater, 6 Minutes to Fort Necessity National Battlefield….and so much more. The property is secluded and far off of the road with no noise but that of nature. Your nearly mile long private trail system will allow you to explore the Appalachian mountains and take you across Cucumber Run stream which is the main stream feeding Cucumber Falls in Ohiopyle. The property also has a custom made cylindrical firepit with animals, trees, and cabins cut into the shape that is truly mesmerizing during your evening camp fire. You can also enjoy the cozy hot tub perched on the hillside overlooking the forest valley below.
